Very good (5 star) - well appointed 3 bed flat (each flat is individually owned and appointed - so see the photos for exact flat), great location, 2 off street parking, 1 enclosed, clean and well kept facilities. Not good (so not 5 star)- communication poor, check in 2pm-3pm firm without exception. After 3pm or Sundays after 2 pm via locked safe located 10 mins drive from the flats. Times are strictly adhered to. Not good (so not 5 star) - poor repair or appliances not working - range hood, bedroom AC.

Waterfront view was excellent and location within walking distance from everything you need

Unbelievable view !!. Great location, particularly if you enjoy walking. Very neat and well fitted out. Perhaps you need experience and a license to manage the teapot ?

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location right on the beach that is incredibly quiet.

We stayed at their Pandanas Shores apartment. Recently renovated & looked modern. Spacious and close to the beaches and food venues. Very quiet and comfortable.

Everything was within walking distance. Restaurants, beach, pubs.

Beautiful ocean views, comfy bed nice and close to everything. Very happy with our home for the night.

Spacious apartment. Well presented, comfortable with a well applianced kitchen, plenty of china, glassware etc. Good garaging access and on the boardwalk with a variety of eating out options on your doorstep. Management friendly and accommodating.

O apartamento que ficamos é bem espaçoso e muito bem equipado e confortável. A localização é bem no centro de Caloundra, próximo à praia, bares e restaurantes. Só senti a falta de um elevador, mas não deixaria de me hospedar lá novamente por causa disso. Ficaria de novo e recomendo.

Went for a night with the girls and was perfect sitting at the table looking out the full glass windows across to Pumicstone passage and up to Kings Beach. Stepping out on the beach front and enjoying the walks and cafes. Highly recommend and will be back :)

This is a really nice set of apartments with lovely views across the Pumicestone passage, and is very clean and well kept. The pool is heated too, which is great for younger kids. The only downside was the very firm mattresses, they could definitely be improved.

The first thing you see when you walk into the penthouse (unit 12) main living room is the view, amazing!! And that is pretty much where amazing ends.. The bedding was very dated and rock hard, I advised the staff and they mentioned that I could use the extra blankets to make it softer, which I did but hey.. Still suffering a sore back... Other stuff that just puts you off is things like, filthy grouting (its huge and dated as well), dust everywhere and a coffee pod machine with no pods, and no instructions as to which pods it may take, seems like an empty gesture to me. Also on every wall (even in the lift) there is at least one faded sign saying "take out the garbage before you leave or it will cost you $52,-" or "put the dishes away in a clean manner or you WILL be charged $52,-" or "don't wash the white in house towels during your stay as the absorb the grey water and you WILL be charged" I all feels very nasty to say the least. Or this one, there is no mention that the apartments are not serviced during the stay (even if you are staying 7 nights), and if you would like more towels, linen and or toilet paper you can hobble down to reception and pay $1 a roll, per sheet. But, when you look for the free WIFI password (which is actually advertised) in the compendium, funny that.. nowhere to be found!!! For me, unless this place becomes a whole lot more person friendly, updates the beds, changes the blinds (for ones that actually do block out the light) I won't be back.

Great apartment, close to all facilities and the beach. Lovely views And good for walking. Only suggestion: we would have loved a good reading light. Light at night is not adequate for reading.
