No staff, my friend and i had an "alone in Hogwarts experience ".
It was a wonderful being alone for the night in such an old hotel.
The facilities were fine and the shared bathroom above expectations. Perhaps though a light could be left on over the stares for arrival.
We are hoping for a repeat trip next year.

Average stay. Room was comfortable. Bathrooms were very dated. Room wasn't the cleanest. It was fine for a weekends stay.

The toilets and shower had no soap hallways smell like dope and they say dont have tv loud but people can stand in hall way outside your room and yell and talk like trash

The STay was good but we didn't realise that "bathroom"was a shared bathroom not an ensuite.
Building was nice and the restaurant in the building was greeat. The shared facilities could use an update and some attention

The milk in the fridge was out of date. No sugar in the room for coffee. Powerboard was broken and didn’t work. Room was very cold. I normally have a good experience but this time wasn’t the best unfortunately.

There was no one to greet us at ~5.30pm.
Front door couldn't be locked for the evening.
Instructions regarding the front door were not correct.
I could not recommend this property to anyone.

I will always have a special connection to this place as I used to stay there as a child. All amenities were there; check-in was easy; and room was comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
