シティ パーク ホテル

オーストラリア人ではない夫婦でやっているような小さなホテル。少々古いですが清潔でした。58番のトラムから歩いて5分程です。プラーンマーケットやサウスメルボルンマーケットに行きたかったのでここにしましたが、シティからは少し離れます。

ホテルが古い。ドアも古くてセキュリティー上心配。小さな鍵一つしかない。廊下でも他の部屋のイビキが聞こえる。エレベーターも壊れそう。ロケーションも良いわけではない。

I always try to Stay at City Park as it very close to where I need to be, great pub well within walking distance, great little Indian restaraune around the corner and easy free parking

My husband and son stayed here for the weekend as they had a competition to attend close to this hotel. The score on this hotel here on Expedia was 7.2 which i dont consider low, but when they checked in the whole hotel atmosphere was weird. Very noise, outdated, uncomfortable bed, no room service on Sundays, couldn't even open the windows.

Perfect spot to sleep when you need to go to the convention centre

Staff was very helpful and easy to work with.

Shower did not work properly. no hot water. booked for 4 nights. Stayed only 2. Unimpressed

Friendly receptionist and great location

位於城市邊緣，價錢比市中心的酒店便宜很多，附近有電車可以前往市中心，性價比很高。不過要留心前台服務時間，只有早上9時開始才會有職員服務，晚上8時左右會不在前台櫃位，check-in 必須打電話叫他下來。官方服務時間9am-9pm，要check-in 就必須留意！對於想要節省旅費的人士，這間酒店是不錯的選擇。

Clean, but needs maintenance or upgrading.

Nothing, very un professional manager, all locked up when we got there at 4pm.??.Dirty entrance , carpets ,furniture, broken toilet holder. Shower drain blocked, when he was advised he said nothing.

The staff were great and the room was all we needed for an overnighter!!

We booked 2 rooms and one was completely infested with bed bugs. An alternate room was provided (after midnight so we do appreciate the property managers answering the call). However the alternate room had not been recently cleaned; it was covered in spiders and spider webs.

We booked here so we could walk to the Sydney Myer Music Bowl for a concert. Advertised 'premium cable tv' (outdated info) it was an old Chanchong analog TV with about 6 channels - no HD channels. Asked about replacement the guy at the reception said angrily he is 'sick of people complaining about the TV' - I'm sorry who doesn't have HD TV's these days. The fridge was broken and there was no replacement, they offered to put our food in their fridge though we wouldn't have any access to it until morning, so we wrapped in a wet towel on the bench for the night. Enquired about getting another room, and was told that the motel was booked out, there's 44 rooms and only 6 cars in the car park at 11.30pm. The female receptionist was very rude saying 'what do you expect when you only pay $147.00 after Expedia take their commision, the parking is worth $25 a night.' Yes it is cheap for Melb, and we didn't expect perfect for this price, though they advertise one thing and deliver another, I am entitled to question it. The bed was ok, only good thing. Dining chairs were stained and very saggy, something lumpy stuck on side of the dining table, the bedside table had wax? on it, rubbish bin hadn't been emptied, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, everything was damp after a shower. We were offered a refund of their cost $147 and then we go and find another motel, this was at 6pm, so finding another motel wasn't an option. Their attitude was 'thats what's there, take it or leave it.

The staff here denied our staff member a room after demanding a $250 bond be paid after we had already paid for the room. We were NOT advised of this at any stage of placing the booking. Will never stay here again

In room spa bath is great but it's run down, Old TV with very limited channels, Duvet with no cover between two sheets, Bed smelt of mens body odour. Room needs a serious revamp and update to 2024 standards and cleanliness definitely needs improvement.
