I arrived to this disgusting property that should have been closed The dust in the room was so thick that I couldn’t turn the fan or airconditioning on. The room smelt of rat poo or something just as disgusting I had to leave and find another room in a very distressed state. Wot If u should not be advertising this very unhealthy hotel and as I asked u should be giving me my money back

I don’t have great things to say about this hotel unfortunately. I booked an executive pet freindly room for the night at a cost of $230. For the standard of room the owners should not be charging this price. The hotel needs a massive makeover to justify these rates. The room was clean but very old and the bathroom was just awful. I can see that the owners are trying to present the place as best they can. The linen was clean and fresh and the rolled up towels on the bed were a nice touch. I stayed in this hotel when I was a kid and have always loved the windmill driving through Coffs Harbour. We also would stay at the Star Motel next door. It’s a great location on your way through Coffs and it was quiet even though you are on the main road. With a bit of vision and money of course this place could be great again. I would really love to see that one day!

Air conditioning excellent, great service my staff, no problems for my dog. Only improvement for my dog would be a fence around the dog play area

Easy parking, welcoming and attentive staff, flexible checkout with payment. Pool well looked after, located close to town but jsut out of the bursting city centre. Large area for dogs to run around, leafy areas, Will definitely stay again with my service dog :)

Clean room Comfortable King bed Parking directly outside of room Air conditioning quiet. Even though on highway rooms are positioned at back of reception area which keeps the rooms quiet and away from traffic noise. Staff greeting friendly. Close to fast food outlets as arrival was late so this was very convenient.

I likes the windmill

Top place to stop. Halfway twix Sydney and the Goldy. Makes driving no more or less than a daily commite in Sydney. It was as a bit better than expected for a good motel. Stuff for the kids to do and a great resteraunt. Quirky windmill, so its fun as is the resteraunt inside + great food. Meals I've never had before but will again. Cold beer was fantastic after a hot day on the beach. Staff mega freindly and helpful. They make a genuine effort which is much appreciated. Mum dad n 2 kids, we will stay again. Thanks

One of the best way point hotels from Brisbane to Canberra. Safe, quiet, secure and a hotel team that understand late check in

It was pet friendly but outdated and not cheap.

Just a stay over on way to Sydney. Was just a bed and somewhere to sleep for the night. Ticked that box.
