ダンテノンの国道沿いの消防署の隣にあります ２階建ての煉瓦風建物で新しくはないですが部屋は小綺麗です シャワーのみの部屋とジャグジー付きの部屋があります 夜は静かでよく眠れます 朝は鳥の声がします ２０台ほど止められる駐車場付きで レストランが有り食べるのには困らないし ５００ｍ位の所に２４時間スーパーも有り買い物も便利です 治安が少し悪いそうなので夜の外出は控えた方が良いと思います

Did not give a perfect score as i did not receive a bottle of wine as promised when i arrived.

Positives: Easy car parking. Bathroom renovated. Negatives: tired and run down, bedding and carpets long overdue for replacement. Restaurant permanently closed so no food or breakfast on site. I do not recommend this facility at all.

Bathroom stunk like dirty drains, reception wasn’t helpful at all, except on storage off my backs upon checkout!

Roommy and very clean

Room and facilities overall are serviceable, however mattress seemed cheap, and the room and hallways have a musty odor and really need professional cleaning of carpet and soft furnishings to freshen up. Bed linen was clean though, and bathroom also clean and updated.

It was ok for a “beside the highway” cheap and cheerful hotel for a single night. Rough area around the hotel. The hotel room was clean but some aspects needed maintenance. The bathroom had been renovated recently, but the carpet and walls were stained. The table in the room had someone's name scratched into the surface with a knife. The bed was hard, but the sheets clean and neatly made. The room only had a bar-fridge and kettle. There was no microwave or toaster. Overall it was ok.

Rooms, and services was great, I felt comfortable.

Morning of checkout I tried to rebook the room for another night stay online but accidentally selected the room that was $14 cheaper and once they realised I had booked online weren’t happy with me at all and said they will not refund even if I was to rebook the room I was meant to select and said I have to leave in 10 mins or they will call police coz it was dead on check out time of 10am and then told me if I pay for the room outright with cash I can stay. So wanted to charge me for the full room price on top of the card amount they had already received. There was no microwave or toaster only kettle in the room and to top it all off they tried to state that I wasn’t going to receive a key for the room and if I need to go out I would need to get reception to open back up for me once I returned. Very disappointing since myself and two children were kept awake all night with yelling and screaming from other people staying and a party going on 2 rooms down that was held till early hours of morning.

Good place to stay

The room configuration worked well for our family.

The aircon heating was malfunctioning and remote controller had a cracked glass making it difficult to see. There were cigarette burns on the blanket. The light above the wash hand basin didn’t work. No hand towel supplied in bathroom. The window Was very difficult to close. Shower was very good.

There was a disturbance throughout the night and morning up until 4:30 am with a person attacking one of the people in the room next to us. Also our room smelt of stale urine

It was very quiet. Couldn’t hear any noise at all from other rooms.

Way to much Road noise, staff to hard to understand what they are saying, also we are a family of 4 and yes room had 4 beds but only 2 of everything in room like towels, cups, pillows etc so I had to go up and down stairs a few times to get extras for the kids 😩

The receptionist was very quick in calling a cab to take me from hotel to Dandenong Station. He knew exactly how much the ride was going to charge me and to get to Melbourne airport by SkyLine Bus. Good man- he has been to California also!

Expect to be charged a horrific $200 non-negotiable bond. That takes 5 business days to be refunded to you. Extremely excessive.
