ホテルの部屋は清潔でよかった。 近くにレストランがないので、やや不便だったが困るほどではなかった。

場所的にはいいんですが、ちょっと古かったです。シャワールームのアメ二ティ－とかも、もっと改善したらいいんですが・・・。

Close to Glenelg. Dated room with basic facilities and renovation however clean and comfortable and suited an overnight stay. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Well located and easy to get around

Nice room & not far from the airport I will stay there again.

keyless lock inoperable had to finally get admin to unlock door P.M.

I don't drive, hence the reason for not commenting on parking. The room was clean & comfortable. I am currently transitioning from an extra firm bed to a medium bed so personally I found the bed to be too sof so my ratings are based excluding my personal choices.

Convenient location for main roads and town

Smelly, expired milk in fridge, toilet smells like dried up pee, bed is extremely soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. The place looks run down and needs an upgrade compared to nearby competitors. My previous visit was so much better and cleaner but this time its getting worse. Not coming back to this place anymore.

Exactly the sort of place to suit; the bed was amazing fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillows. Awesome bathroom and modest kitchen option e.g. very hot water and a nice mini fridge with coffee and tea provided. A bit retro (builtin radio system) but with modern amenities as well.

Spacious room with modern facilities and huge bed and TV. Nice pool. Easy access to Glenelg itself. Really enjoyed our stay.

Last-minute booking after a flight cancellation. Very dated hotel with an old bed. The pillows have not been changed in a long time as well. For what it is it worked for us. Shower was great though. Staff were helpful.

Lovely location being close to Glenelg beach and the tram stop was less than 100 metres away. The negative was our room wasn’t serviced and there were a couple of big cockroaches in the room that we had to smother!

Checkin did not go smoothly as I wasn't sent the link to the precheck form. Filling this in while travelling was very difficult . On arrival my room access code didn’t work. The staff at Reception were very friendly and helped to fix the problem but I found the whole process stressful.

Close to where I needed to go. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and quiet area!! 👍

I arrived a little after six in the evening and no staff was on site.There was a sign on the door to call an Australian number. For my plan in the US I can call the US but if I call a number in Australia it is an overseas call. A nice lady was waiting for a ride and was nice enough to help me make the call. I wonder how much that cost. ? When I got through to the hotel they told me about the code I had to enter. It was dark so I could barely make out the numbers. I was supposed to write the numbers but who has a pen these days? I got in the room but then I was stuck because I sure didn't remember the code. I've been traveling most of my life and I've never seen such a system. Not well thought out. Other than that the rooms were ok and the water was hot. I was only there a short time as I had an early flight. I applaud the lady that helped me and the voice on the other end of the phone!

Lovely property and stay. Was surprisingly quiet given how close to Anzac Highway. Easy check in and out - didn’t have to see a single person! Will absolutely book again
