値段を考えると新しく、きれいで良いホテルだった。 シングル２、キング１の部屋に泊まったが1室だけだがかなり広い部屋で良かった。浴槽はなくシャワーのみ。ただ、この旅行でメルボルン以外にエアーズロック、ケアンズと泊まったが浴槽があるホテルはなかったのでここは文化の違いとして諦めるしかなさそう。 部屋の設備はエアコン、テレビ、冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、ドライヤーくらい。ホテルの設備は、無料できるパソコンが1階にあった。WiFiもある。ランドリーは利用しなかったのであったかどうかわからない。レストランはない。 中心地の駅サザンクロスまでトラムで20分弱移動しなければいけない郊外と行った立地だが周囲は静かでビーチが近くリゾート感あって良かった。近くにスーパーもある小さな商店街があり、カフェが多く食事ができるところも結構ある。カフェ好きにはお勧め。メルボルン空港まではタクシー以外にリムジンバスで1時間ほどだったと思うが、事前にネットでチケットを購入しないと乗れないので注意。フロントで時刻表は貰える。

綺麗に掃除されているが、最高級の設備というわけではない。外で遊んだ後、休憩したり、寝るだけなら十分。

アパートメントでしたが、ホテルと変わらずのサービスでした。 トラムが朝早くから夜中まで走ってますので便利ですが、音は避けられないですね。

Safe parking spot for car. Only issue was the TV in the bedroom had no aerial connected so could not use it. Otherwise great accomadation

Good location. Reasonably clean. Friendly staff. Bathroom a bit small. I dont believe if you cannot pay cash you should be charged surcharge.

Early check in, acceptable car parking charges, great location, starting to be an older hotel but well maintained and good value. I stay here without a second thought if the price is right.

Great spot to base yourself

In the first few days of the stay I spilled some water on the bathroom floor. I wiped it up with a towel and was surprised how dirty the towel then was. It appears the bathroom floor had not been cleaned in some time.

Completely disappointed. Could not even stay there. The room we booked smelt bad, the furniture was stained and should go to the tip. The walls and skirting were ruined. I looked at the shower and there was no way I was setting foot inside of that. We left and had to book accomodation elsewhere. So out of pocket $200. It was my birthday to top things off. Horrendous, do not stay here.

Perfect location. Just around the corner from the Palais. Bit of noise from trams and hustle and bustle but you’re in St Kilda. Mexican restaurant across the road is very handy.

Rooms are a perfect base for a couple get away. We have stayed a few times with our bikes to utilise beach road cycling on weekends. Easy access to rooms with bikes and luggage, staff are friendly and good choice of eateries and coffee shops within mins walking.

Clean enough for what was expected.

Excellent location close to Palais theatre, bars and restaurants.

Old hotel in need of updating but clean and comfortable enough for a one night stay. Steps away from Acland Street and onsite parking is great for $25

Amazing location. Staff very helpful and lovely and place was clean. Need to sort out the water pressure as opening the taps more than a tiny bit meant having an impromptu shower. Stayed in studio where there was a random supply of kitchen bits and bobs but it was ok for one person. Place is very tired and worn. Booked a room with a balcony but it was more of a closed in porch. If you're looking for a clean place that you're not doing much but sleeping in and want to be in the heart of at kilda you've found it.

Very clean and staff was friendly

The location is great. The room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. However overall, the room is a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment to make it feel fresh and clean.

The staff were okay and the location was excellent but it's really a very old rundown boarding house. Not really what I'd call a hotel at all. Looks old and run down and there's been no maintenance done for about 30 years
