値段を考えると新しく、きれいで良いホテルだった。 シングル２、キング１の部屋に泊まったが1室だけだがかなり広い部屋で良かった。浴槽はなくシャワーのみ。ただ、この旅行でメルボルン以外にエアーズロック、ケアンズと泊まったが浴槽があるホテルはなかったのでここは文化の違いとして諦めるしかなさそう。 部屋の設備はエアコン、テレビ、冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、ドライヤーくらい。ホテルの設備は、無料できるパソコンが1階にあった。WiFiもある。ランドリーは利用しなかったのであったかどうかわからない。レストランはない。 中心地の駅サザンクロスまでトラムで20分弱移動しなければいけない郊外と行った立地だが周囲は静かでビーチが近くリゾート感あって良かった。近くにスーパーもある小さな商店街があり、カフェが多く食事ができるところも結構ある。カフェ好きにはお勧め。メルボルン空港まではタクシー以外にリムジンバスで1時間ほどだったと思うが、事前にネットでチケットを購入しないと乗れないので注意。フロントで時刻表は貰える。

綺麗に掃除されているが、最高級の設備というわけではない。外で遊んだ後、休憩したり、寝るだけなら十分。

We love staying here, onsite parking available, walk to restaurants, cafes and bars, also beautiful St Kilda beach, the tram is 2 x mins away, nice spacious room, lovely staff

Old and tired rooms. Convenient location but in desperate need of a Reno. Noisey rooms. Don’t expect to sleep well here. Busy street with Tram, traffic and drunken st Kilda party goer noise. Parking is an extra $25 per night. So keep that in mind when budgeting and comparing options.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and the room was clean and warm.

Great location parking good and safe staff very helpful

Stayed here twice just this year! Conveniently close to the Palais Theatre/Luna Park, the St Kilda centre and the beach. Well cleaned hotel and easily accessible. Staff were very helpful.

Fabulous location

Could hear upstairs guests walking around all night. Trams run til 3am. Windows not soundproof. You’ll get no sleep. The furniture is old and tired. But location is convenient.

Great location close to The Palais and great places to eat. Would recommend this hotel. Very comfortable and clean and s ome on-site parking.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. The location of the hotel is close to many things and to public transport but doesn’t feel locked into the city madness.

The hotel is clean and rooms are well presented. The location for Ackland St etc is exceptional which is why we booked. We were after secure parking, nice room and location, so it ticked all the boxes. Would stay again.

Safe parking spot for car. Only issue was the TV in the bedroom had no aerial connected so could not use it. Otherwise great accomadation
