Unfortunately my room was very dirty and run down. It smelt strongly of cigarettes and the shower was visibly dirty.

Not sure what the young man’s name was but he was really helpful came around to our room each day to see if we needed anything

Ok place to stay on overnight stop over. Motel is run down but seems like it is being renovated over time.

Friendly staff, free bottles of water were much appreciated.

If ever in South West Rocks again, would happily stay there again.

We made a last minute booking and they were very accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean, everything worked, and the bed was very comfy. We could park right in front of our door very convenient. It is a large property so we were able to walk our dog on-leash around the premises without driving anywhere. Overall, although the property is an older motel, it was perfectly clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked including the kitchen, bathroom and wifi.

The room was nice the only issue I had was there was no hot water on the first night then only warm in the morning but heated up by the night

Overall clean, but the bathroom was old and the water was leaking. It was a little bit smelly. Internet wifi was very poor.

We stayed with our two young children. It was clean and tidy. The staff were lovely and efficient with checkin. The property itself is a bit dated but overall it was very comfortable and no issues

Had to turn right into property on the crest of a hill

The motel was very average and needs updating but comfortable, quiet and clean. It was disappointing at the end of a long drive not to have any milk provided for tea or coffee.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Floor was not vacuumed and mould in the shower.
