2ベッドルーム、2シャワールーム、キッチンリビングタイプの部屋に宿泊しました。宿泊初日はベットメイキングや部屋のクリーニングは行き渡っていました。屋内・屋外にもプールがあり子どもたちも喜んでいました。また、サウナもあり嬉しかったです。 改善点を上げるとすれば、片方のシャワールームの排水溝が詰まっているのか、使用するとポコポコと大きい音が鳴り、就寝時に気になりました。 受付のスタッフはとても親切で素敵な方でした。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。 We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with two shower rooms and a combined kitchen and living area. On our first day, the beds were well made and the room was thoroughly cleaned. There were both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which our children really enjoyed. We were also happy to have access to a sauna. The reception staff were very kind and lovely, which made our stay even more pleasant. If I were to mention one area for improvement, one of the shower room drains seemed to be partially blocked. When it was used, it made a loud gurgling noise, which was noticeable and a bit distracting at night. Overall, we would love to stay here again.

We stayed 11th floor. Fantastic view from balcony. Every thing beautiful but I couldn’t control air conditioner temperature. Sometimes TV was no signal. If can connect free wifi more convinient. Very friendly staff. I will stay again.

年配の方が多く滞在する落ち着いた場所でした。滞在に必要な物がほとんど揃えられていたので、少し古さは感じましたが快適でした。 トラムの駅も近く、周りにレストラン、パン屋、酒屋、コンビニ等も近く、もちろん美しいビーチもすぐ近くでとても良かったです。

Outstanding place to stay!!! Managers are lovely people. Pool and surrounds are beautiful. Excellent location! Very spacious apartment. We will be back!!!

Clean and very tidy room, free Foxtel, so many features included, basically it was fully contained unit.

Great location, facilities and staff. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property close to dining, the beach and the tram

The structure of the room, pool area was perfect. But the equipment inside the room are not perfect - rusted pots in the kitchen, towels were not cleaned there were marks on it, bedside lamps were not working.

Excellent apartment and location for families

A great place to stay! The hotel was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and very convenient. We even had wine , chocolates and a little Christmas message waiting for us when we arrived on Boxing Day which was a lovely touch. The staff were also very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a standard mid range apartment. Dated, but clean. Good things were the undercover parking, spacious apartment, nice balcony, laundry with clothes airer and drier, dedicated internet modem, and very friendly reception. Downsides were reception only available 2-5pm - frustrating when trying to contact them the morning of our arrival. Some minor inconveniences - e.g. no oven mitts so makes it very dangerous to actually cook with the oven. Only enough supplies for a one night stay, when we booked a 3 night stay (i.e. the tiny hotel toiletries, dishwashing liquid, coffee pods). Would be better if they transitioned to using fixed full size soap, shampoo, etc like most other accomodation is doing these days. Also a bit steep to charge another $2 per coffee pod, $5 to hire a beach/pool towel (who has the luggage space to travel with a towel). And a warning to clean, dry and put away dishes and empty dishwasher prior to departure, or they will charge a $50 fee. Not really practical. Most places I've stayed are fine for you to turn on the dishwasher before checkout. However the main reason i would never stay here again is the lack of soundproofing between apartments (being awoken before 5am by pounding noises and yelling coming from the apartment above), the air con unit that sounds like an aircraft is landing in the living room, and the terrible vertical blinds that block zero light in the morning.

Close to the beach

Great little spot.

The crest apartment building is a bit dated but clean and well maintained. The apartment was similar and had a notice on one of the bathroom doors saying that we would have to pay a cleaning fee if we used it. We paid for two bathroom apartment as there are four of us so this was disappointing and something that should be cleared up in future

Absolutely fantastic property, the staff were amazing. The property has an indoor heated pool with spa and sauna and an outside pool and spa along with tennis court and BBQ area that can be booked for use. The two bedroom apartment had a good layout and was perfect for a family of four, the washing machine is next to the neighbouring apartments bedroom tho so had to keep the washing to mid day. Fantastic views from the balcony and great access to the beach which is only a short walk down the road. There was a car space available but this trip I relied on the tram system with the stop only a 5 minute walk away and travel over the holiday period costing 50¢. Would definitely recommend staying here and will gladly return for a trip.

It is easy to check-in and they have friendly staffs. It is close to beach amd shopping district. The accommodation is nice and clean.

Great area and great management

We enjoyed our stay here finding the managers friendly and accommodating. We had a rear unit so were not bothered by the construction noise you will get at the front (north facing) side of the building. Our unit was comfortable overall. However we would say it needs some minor updating to make it more comfortable. The appliances and utensils were disappointing. The building has well maintained common areas and a nice indoor pool, spa and sauna, which we used regularly. YMMV

Unfortunately the apartment we stayed in was very rundown and furniture was sparse and very cheap. We have stayed here often but we were very disappointed this time.
