We were very early to check in but the friendly park staff kindly checked if the cabin was ready and let us check in 3 hours earlier than what it should have been.
The cabin was not new but well looked after and everything in good condition, we would definitely stay again, very good value.

５人家族で泊まりました。手狭ではありますが料金の安さから考えれば特に問題はないかなと思いました。キャンベラのCITYからは車で２０分（混み具合によりますが・・・。）の距離で便利です。ホテルから１０分ほど車で行ったところにコールズ(スーパー)があったのでそこへ買い出しに行き，晩ご飯と朝ご飯をgetしました。

夕方に帰ってくると、部屋が異常に暑いことがありましたが、エアコンでしのげました。静かでしたし、快適でした。また、利用したいです。

We are very disappointed with our stay, as the room did not match the photos shown at the time of booking. The bathroom door was broken, there were no curtains on the window, the TV remote was not working, and the microwave was faulty. There were no instructions provided on how to open the gate, and the swimming pool had no hot water.
Additionally, we noticed insects, including what appeared to be a cockroach.
Overall, we do not recommend this place. The price we paid was not justified by the condition of the accommodation.

The hot water heater was not working, but the staff gladly shifted me to a larger cabin with a working hot water system .Also tv reception wasnt good in the smaller cabin , but no problem in the larger cabin.

Thank you for having us stay for two nights. We loved visiting canberra but I do think the pictures of the room we booked did not match what we stayed in. The room was very dated and we could feel the beds springs. When we checked in there was hair on the floor and walls and my daughters knees were dirty after crawling around the room when we first arrived indicating not very clean floors which is not ideal when you are staying with an infant.It was a great and easy check in and check out system and a lovely man from the office called me to be sure we had our code and knew how to access our rooms after the office closed, which I really appreciated.

Looks old holiday park as it has very old inbuilt radio which dont work.very old portable oven which took ages to warm. Rooms are quite small.But i guess you getting what you paid.staff is friendly and welcoming.Got swimming pool, which they said heated but not. Got small park for children.

Cons: Cold, need a blanket for main bed not just the bunks, staining on pillows, aircon didn't keep the place warm enough especially without enough blankets.
Pro: Close to many shops and restaurants.
