Parking is inconvenient.

Room service and food is perfect. I recommend having dinner at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza hotel. The hotel is central to many attractions, shops and restaurants. We can walk to many places. We love the hospitality and service at the Club lounge. Staff are attentive, personal, welcoming and helpful. Our room and the facility are clean and modern. It is a great hotel at a central location.

Good but dislike buffet breakfast which is unfortunately very common at hotels now.

Second time staying in this hotel and I’ll keep booking this hotel in my future Hobart visit. The location is great, the heart of CBD. Modern hotels full of hi-tech features and friendly staff that what you need for vacation or business trips.

Rooms need to be aired,they are a bit smelly.

Fabulous hotel, fantastic customer service from all staff. Convenient location, easy to walk to everything in Hobart. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel was good. I didn’t like the room service meals being delivered without a cover. When I mentioned this to the waitress she said it was because she had used a warming oven. This doesn’t allow for the guest to delay eating the meal because it will get cold. Also the bathroom items were very minimal- not even a toothbrush! Although I gave a good rating I wouldn’t stay here again.

Rooms were clean and spacious. It was a bit confusing where you are suppose to drive up to for the valet service with only a small signage noted in front of the entrance and no clear instructions provided in email regarding reservation.
