Staff were amazing at this hotel! The room was beautiful the bed comfy and the shower wonderful. Great location, zero complaints.

Room was lovely and big with a great view! Pool was a highlight. Get in early to find a lounge! 3 staff were lovely - Dutch, Colombian and Chilean! The three of them went out of their way to help, and made the stay really lovely. The same cant be said for the Australian front desk staff who needs a lesson in being friendly. The area is wonderful; i had the best time walking around, along the river, and enjoying the restaurants at HSW.

I’m a frequent traveller and this is the best service I’ve had in a long time! I travelled alone with my 1 year old and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The room and pool were perfect. We were only supposed to stay one night but extended our stay as we didn’t want to leave. We will be back for sure!

Near restauarants and City Cat ferry stops. Easy boardwalk stroll to the city centre. The room was nice, river view room was worth it. Lighting was a bit dark.
Most annoyingly the pool bar was closed on Monday and Tuesday which was a big reason why I chose the hotel! Really frustrating.

Not worth the money. The pool can only comfortably fit about 8 people. We couldn’t use the pool in the afternoon and couldn’t order a coffee to our room in the afternoon. It’s ok but definitely nothing luxurious about this property

We stayed 2 nights and were put in a wheelchair room . we were told it was a bigger room but werw not told the room facilities were not the same as what we has booked . Super noisy as well Saturday night with rooftop bar patrons using lifts till late in the night

Staff member did not activate fob so had to make multiple trips to reception to get fixed. Staff member then checked me into the wrong room and I walked into another persons room. Massive breach of privacy.
