Great location. Service is a bit slow at the Fiume Bar and the poo was really overcrowded. The room was so comfortable.

As I have mentioned, my stay was very good though from a customer development point of view I could have been allowed to finish off some administrative work on my laptop without charging me for it !! Thank you

This hotel is a real vibe - from the rooftop pool, to the Friday afternoon happy hour at the rooftop bar. The location is primo - right behind Howard Smith Wharves where there are plenty of dining and drinking options. Also close to Fortitude Valley and CBD - both in walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like was not enough lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. It’s very annoying when bathrooms are designed for form over function.

Loved the location! It was great to be at HSW with lots of dining options at the door, but yet still a short walk along the river to the Eagle Street Pier and the CBD. Our room was spacious, especially the bathroom and the bed was sooo comfortable. We loved the funky vibe of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop bar, but the bar does need a renovation or a bit of revamping, in my opinion. I found it interesting that the hotel promotes itself as being environmentally friendly, yet served us coffee to our room in disposable coffee cups. I did like the idea of the water filters in the hallways, however. We didn't get to use the complementary bikes, but will do so next time. Overall, 5/5 and we will stay again!

Outstanding will stay again

Was told we had breakfast included when checked in. No breakfast but super expensive. Parking expensive for a hotel guest as well! Found the staff not overly helpful either! I liked the check in lady but seems like she made the mistake of the breakfast. Everyone else was not personable.

In house guest had to sit in the rain at the pool at the roof top bar was not told had to book at reception , no staff service at all

Very nice and elegant. The staff was so kind and wonderful if I’m ever in the area again this is a no-brainer booking!

Everything was great except there could be better lighting in the bathroom and perhaps a shaving mirror
