お昼前の少し早い時間に到着したので、スーツケースだけ預かってもらおうと思い、レセプションに行きました。親切に対応してもらい、もう部屋の準備ができているからと、そのまま部屋に通してもらえました。飛行機での到着後に直接行ったので、とっても助かりました。 部屋の中で死んだゴキブリがひっくり返っていたのには少し驚きましたが、その他は問題ありませんでした。 多少施設は古いですが、低価格だし、ライトレールの駅やサーファーズパラダイスの中心地にも近くとても便利な場所なので、満足しています。

モーテルなので仕方ないですが、幹線道路の音が気になります． それ以外は、問題ないです． スタッフは親切で丁寧、築年数の割に部屋も清潔に保たれています．

宿泊費の高いサーファーズの中で、評価が良くリーズナブルに泊まれるアコモデーションですが、建物はかなり古いので、それでも宿泊費が高く感じました。部屋は古い部屋にある独特な臭いがありました。 1Fがオープンパブになっているので、泊まった金曜の夜は夜11時頃まで、マイクで大声で歌ったりと、かなりうるさかったです。 他の曜日はわからないですが、早く寝たい人は金曜は避けた方が良いと思います。 それからシャワーの勢いが少し弱かったです。 モーテルだからか、シャンプーやボディソープは付いていません。 スタッフの方は親切でした。また、駐車場も他のホテルだと有料のところが多いですか、フリーだったのも助かりました。チエックアウト後も、出発まで車を置かせてもらえて良かったです。 町の中心までは10分ちょっと、比較的近いし、トラムの乗り場もすぐなので便利な立地です。 ゴールドコースト全体の宿泊費がやや異常な高さに思えるので、もう少し価格が下がってもらえたら、また利用したいと思います。

普通だった ベッド以外のスペース多くて緊張した 駅近で便利だった ベッドが大きいが二人だとやはり狭い 主人が優しくて陽気でした。 とても楽しかったです。 いい思い出です。 ありがとう ございました

The receptionist was very helpful, room was fine for just one night and good value with parking included

On the same property as an Irish pub so lunch and dinner's if one is open to restaurant dining is extremely easy to get to full stop there is a private car park underneath the motel rooms. The car park is admittedly difficult to get in and out of however having secured parking complementary to the hotel was amazing. The brooms were as you would expect on the price for sub everything was clean but there are no frills or luxuries in the rooms. Felt comfortable and with the security level provided. Overall very happy with our stay full stop the low location alone makes it worth the price.

Certainly suits our purpose....Disabled parking only 1..we have been lucky enough to secure over last 3 yearly visits...take grandaughter for a meal on site...gr8 meal Christmas in July....staff went beyond in restaurant area...10stars.....

Amazing. The location, being able to cross the road and jump on a tram. Walk to the end of the street for the beach. The convenience shop and the restaurant attached to it was delicious and so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!! We did washing and drying there. My kids loved it.

What an amazing place. Only needed a bed to sleep but was so impressed with the cool restaurant and bar. Such a hidden gem!

Pros: The woman at check in was very friendly and accommodating. Good location, close to tram stop. Cons: No wifi access in the room and very weak at the lobby (despite advertising wifi capabilities), AC is noisy and also not able to cool the room down much, stained bath towel, and toilet water pressure is too low to even flush TP away. No staff showed up to open the office on our checkout day so we couldn’t store luggage (which we needed and became a huge hassle) and they left no where to drop the key or any instructions for checking out when they’re closed. Several other guests were also walking all over the property trying to figure out what to do. This inconvenience really ruined the stay for us.

The staff and service were fantastic.

Very loud wedding downstairs that was still going on at 11 pm.

Overall Darcy Arms Hotel was fantastic. Only thing that put a dampner on our stay was no jug in our room for morning coffee. Supplies were their for coffee making. 😞
