高級なモーテルと言ったらピッタリかな。清潔なベッド2つ、テレビ1台、室内とベランダにチェアがあり、作業机もあり。キッチンやトイレ、洗面台、シャワー全て良かったです。 ただ、設備より良いのがフロントのスタッフかも。朗らかで気の利く女性スタッフが早朝からずっとケアしてくれていました。

エアコンが作動しなかった　　

レンタカーで行きました。車がないと、何をするにも不便です。部屋は清潔で快適でした。コインランドリーがありました。洗濯と乾燥で8ドルです。レストランはありませんでした。フロントに、食べ物や飲み物は売っています。部屋には電子レンジや簡易キッチンもあるので、自炊できます。

２泊宿泊後、再び３泊しましたが、ゆっくり出来ました。

２室が背中合わせのコテージでプライベートが守れます。 チェックイン１４時、チェックアウト１０時と少し変則です。 オフイスも８時から２０時までです。 ２泊し、現地ツアー参加後、更に３泊します。 ツアー中は旅行かばんは預かってくれます。 事務の女性は有能で感じが良い人でした。

Staff were lovely however we had mice in our villa. First night there’s no phone number however later told there’s a phone at the reception to call but not really suitable after working 16hrs and also minus degrees in winter. Next day after work went tried to just rest due to long shift and while having some dinner 2 mice scurried under the beds. Was able to call and staff moved us. However kept up due to fear of mice again. Was offered free items from the shop. Not a suitable compensation for the sleepless nights .have escalated however received history lesson of Alice Springs rain fall in February. I have lived here 13 years. . . Rooms are extremely cold heater right above your head optimum for getting sick. Heavier blanket in closet on the ground. Will never stay here again based on experience and dealing with the management about mice and subpar offering to support the experience had here. Others may enjoy however I did not which is unfortunate. Still waiting for suitable compensation and support surrounding this.

Pool was under repair. No onsite restaurant. Room smelt from harsh chemical cleaner. Sheets were itchy. Air conditioning did not work - flat battery in controller and staff gone for the day. Very cold night - not the least bit impressed with this place.

Only needed a double room but due to being late in booking we had to pay for a triple. (Both villas are same size.) Thus we paid extra for another single bed in the room meaning less floor space and the removal of the dining table and chairs.

Individual villas with parking out front. Our double villa was a great size. A queen bed and single bed. Kitchenette with microwave, cooktop, electric frypan, kettle and toaster. Our villa was opposite the golf course so was super quiet and we entered the golf course for dinner through a coded gate. We felt really safe. The pool was undergoing renovations so we didn't use it (of course) Staff at reception super friendly. We are staying again on our return trip.

Lovely clean room with a kitchenette that had a sink, microwave, kettle and toaster! It also had crockery and cutlery. There was a small table and two chairs. The shower was great!

Clean and comfortable room. Well stocked kitchenette. Very helpful and courteous staff.

All great, room are great love it . But because we come on winter so they maintain sweeming pool. But yeah who want swimming then the area so cold. Great all over not complain.... excellent

Le cadre

I wanted to be at a safe property in the central part of Alice Springs to visit friends and Uluru. The individual villas provided a nice option in the Outback.

Safe, clean and good kitchen facilities. I would definitely revisit.

Positives: -Outside grounds and lanes appeared well maintained. Negatives: -Unit had dim lighting. - air conditioning unit dripped water on daughter’s bed. When I moved the bed away from under the a/c unit, there were a number of dead bugs under the bed, and my daughter wouldn’t see there. -bathroom was very sparse, and the shower stall had been poorly maintained. -bedding was old and well worn. -staff was nonexistent -

Good size room. Pleasant managers and service.

Good room on the other side of the river to the main town. Great shower. & comfy bed. Helpful staff.

Clean room, furnishing were a bit dated. Staff were very responsive.
