Discovery Parks - Woodman Point

パース到着が日曜夜だったので移動はタクシーのみ。料金と時間が想像以上にかかりました。事務所は午後六時までですからハウスの鍵を受け取るのに少し戸惑いましたが、当地宿泊の親切な方のヘルプで事なきをえました。それ以外は最高の自然環境を満喫しながら楽しめました。平日の移動はバスで十分でした。到着時間が遅い場合、事前に電話連絡をされるようお勧めします。

オーストラリアって何でも高いですよね。料金もちょっと高いけど、かなり良かったです。のんびりできました。

Very clean cabin, & lovely shady park, loved the pool, nice staff. One of the best parks, we have stayed in, also very quite, shops not far away.

Spacious cabin - bigger than we expected

Studio room there was strong urine smell coming from toilet…. Toilet brush not the 2 headed kind so I used an antibacterial perfumed wipe I always carry with me to put over toilet brush and jam this up underneath lip of toilet … and clean underneath there, seemed to fix problem…. On relaying this to staff they were apologetic and manager offered 20% discount and an upgrade to another unit… when I moved there I noticed a vomit smell not sure where from and bits of food dried on cutlery. I therefore pulled out all cutlery and cleaned thoroughly. when I relayed this to different staff at reception she didn’t seem sympathetic at all but just took notes for manager…. Manager did not follow up with me. I did however enjoy the surroundings and walks down to beach daily. Everything else in the upgraded villa was great!

The area was nice, I will say the bed was very, very comfy and soft, the place was somewhat clean, I would say it could be cleaner, but there were just some issues in our room. Don't know why, but on the first night of coming back from going out, there was water all over the floor. turned out the fridge was on setting 2 when a fridge should be at least 4. So once we got back from our night out had to clean up all the water. Then we tried putting on the heater because it was cold. tried the usual settings did not work. had to play around with the remote for like 20 minutes until i figured out what specific settings it needed to be on, which was super power, and you needed the timer. other wise it would not work. And then we tried closing the blind, and then the blind fell down off the wall. So my partner had to figure out how to put it back. And it seemed that the blind wasn't on the hook thingy, probably.

We had a fabulous stay at Woodman Point, wish it was longer. The whole experience was so easy and the staff were great. Our cabin was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back.

Comfortable chalet. Excellent staff. Lovely outlook. Easy to find.
