there was no light at the motel entrance. It was disficult to locate the property in the dark. The room with cockroaches crawling around. The WiFi is bad. The owner said that we haven't booked the place and the cleaner threw all the food we kept in the fridge without checking my booking properly first. Although the owner bought back some food for us but we still lost some yummy food. This was a bad experience.

The property needs to be closed down. Old is one thing, unsafe, unkept and completely run down is another. The beds and pillows were hard and awful, sheets didn’t look like they had been changed. Stay anywhere else.

Disgusting. False advertising of property with a lovely pool, what b s that pool hasn’t been used for years, old towels, black grout in broken short tiles, filthy toilet. This motel should be shut down and the companies advertising this property should be legally dealt with. The cockroaches seemed to enjoy the area. How dare you charge money for this dump.

Found food left in the fridge. Close to the boardwalk.

Location wasn't bad very close to Narooma and walking distance to the Beach

Nice location, very helpful staff, room was quite pleasant with a nice comfortable bed. Would certainly be happy to stay here again.

Property need refurbishment, painting etc.

The property was not as advertised online. Very rundown and in need of repair and renovation. Swimming pool redundant - had grass growing on top of it. Lovely view from the room. No welcome at reception - key left on counter at 2.30pm. Non existent staff interaction with us at all.

The hotel is a literal junkyardtgat has nothing to do with the photos advertised. The furniture is very old and smelly. Rooms and toilets are dirty. Outdoor swimming pool is a swamp. Lands are not lawned. Although I arrived at 3:00pm with wife and kids, the room offered was not ready (very bad room). I was told to wait 30 minutes. Then I was offered an alternate room (not much different in condition. The offered room had 1 double bed and 2 single beds which was different to what I booked (1 queen bed and 3 single beds). I ended up leaving and had to pay $300/night at a nearby accomodation. Was a complete waste of time and ruined our day. I will never trust Expedia again.

Last minute arrival, no reservation! Owner straight forward and good social skills. The room is adequate which is ok with us, since finances are a priority. We are very satisfied!!!

Basic accommodation, with nice view from the windows. However, had to request towels and wifi passwords. No soap supplied. Heater did not work and was cold. At night the cockroaches came out, with one crawling over me in bed.

old school country vibe, everything worked and was clean. and it was quiet. it had plenty of quirky character

Not only was this the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed, when I tried to get a refund with Expedia, there was no way to contact, email and even the online live service helper was a dead end. I’m so disappointed with my overall experience that I will never book through Expedia again! I will also be in touch with fair trade because there has been no true avenue for a refund. What a dodgy scam of a company!

Its alright for what it is

Very disappointed with this hotel. Every thing is dirty, old or broken. A strong smell of old furniture. Won't stay again and won't recommend to anyone.

Sadly the condition of the room was nothing like in the advertised pictures. Things were falling apart in the room. The bed was king size with only the mattress, no base, making it so low, you could injure yourself getting in or out of it. No side tables to rest things on. Only one light worked. The TV was the size of a A3 sheet of paper with a remote that you had to push batteries in (coz there was no back on it) to make it work. There was a bad smell and mould inside and outside, holes in the extra blanket and the curtains were questionable. The bathroom was like one in a caravan, tight with a small tub like configuration however, with no bath mat made it risky to step out of the shower. There was nowhere to sit and eat except on the bed inside and nowhere clean to sit outside, except one wooden chair. The other stools and chair were mouldy. The sheets were clean. The location itself was good. They claimed to have a view which if we’d taken the first room offered was of the car park. I would seriously not recommend staying there.
