We had a great time staying in this hotel. Specially,the room is spacious and it has laundry machine! Location is also near the beach. Staffs are all friendly! I totally recommend this hotel

予約時に全額支払いし、やむを得ない理由がありキャンセルをお願いしましたが、宿泊の一か月前であるにもかかわらず一円も戻りませんでした。

滞在は10日でしたが思いのほか快適に過ごせました。トリムの駅も近く、部屋には洗濯機、乾燥機があり良かったです。また次回も滞在中はココに泊まりたいと思います。

繁華街やビーチが徒歩圏内で移動しやすく、室内のリビング・寝室・キッチンがとても広く満足のいくホテルでした。ただ、ジャグジーのスイッチが故障していたのが残念だった。

3回目のゴールドコーストマラソン参加のために滞在しましたが、トラムの駅にも近いし、Ｑ１にも近いし、繁華街へも近い！ 低層なので景色は期待できませんが、部屋の設備も完璧にそろっているため、料理や洗濯も出来、長期滞在に適している。 とてもＣｏｎｆｏｒｔａｂｌｅでした！！！

部屋は広くて快適。コンドミニアムタイプで、部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機も有る。ルームキーピング無し。朝・夕方以降はもちろん、日曜日はレセプションが閉まっている為、要注意。 きれい好き・旅に不慣れな人はやめた方が良い。

レセプションの方やスタッフさんの対応も親切でよかったです。ただ、週末になると他の部屋のお客さんの騒音などが気になるときがありましたが全体的にはとてもよかったです。

３人でクイーンサイズベッド１、シングルベッド２のツーベッドルームの部屋に宿泊しました。 ３人には広すぎるくらいの広さで、キッチン、洗濯機／乾燥機が整っているので長期滞在可能です。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーに接してくれましたが、しゃべり方がとても速いのと、受け付けの開いている時間が短いので注意が必要です。

Great location, 5min walk to all the attractions of Surfers. Close to the beach. Easy access to public transport, which was frequent and cheap. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unit was spacious with all the amenities required. Was old and run down as expected given the price but needed a good clean. There was mould growing in the wardrobe, around some of the windows and in the shower. Run down is OK but dirty is not. Overall has a most enjoyable holiday and would stay there again.

One of the most dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, wasn’t clean at all and kids found someone’s used underwear underneath the couch. Beds have stains under the sheets. No bins around the property every time you have to walk all the way to a car park to chuck any small rubbish.

Great location near tram stop, beach and dedicated parking spot for the apartment. Detailed late check-in instructions were useful. Some furniture in the apartment were scuffed and worn looking but still functional. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and toiletries.

Amazing. Good clean apartment. Lots of space. Good TV. AC and 2 ceiling fans. Nice balcony view of the good looking courtyard. Pool and lots of greenery. Worst Sauna, didnt get heated enough. Comfy bed. Washing/dryer machine in the big bathroom. Very kind and helpful receptionist. Good location. Tram station close. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and other tourist stuff. Easy and real cheap commute to Amusement parks Warner Bros Movie World, Sea world and Dreamworld.

Check in was quite easy and pleasant. Accommodation wasn't exactly what I'd been led it to be. I thought I'd have an apartment but was given a renovated loft. Would of preferred a proper apartment. The loft was big and airy with a new kitchen, situated right next to the toilet and bathroom door. The steep stairwell up from the front entrance after a while became annoying. The loft/apartment was clean and tidy however the dinning table and chairs weren't in very good condition and the table was marked. After about half and hour trying, I had to go to reception as I was concerned about security to complain about both the balcony security door and entry door not being able to lock. I asked for a new apartment but there wasn't one available. The lady at reception came back to with me to the apartment and was able to fix the problem. The facilities and grounds are well kept and very clean. It's a great place to stay for peace and quiet. I found the location excellent. I have stayed at this resort four times before and have always had a good stay. This has been the only time in which I've had any issues. I do think that you should check to see what you're really getting as I would not recommend the loft for someone who's elderly or has a heart problem because of the stairs. However I did manage to have a reasonably good stay at this resort. The pool / barbeque area was excellent.

Good location. Value for money. Apartment required a bit of upkeep - updating.

I suppose you get what you pay for but I wasn’t expecting tram going past our room , a little noisy when you go to bed but the service slowed when it got late. The car park was good. The kitchen and bathroom was very tired and in need of a renovation.

Good for the price however if somethings broken when you get there you’re without it for your whole stay the clothes dryer didn’t work the tv only worked with prime video the pool is heated in winter but the spa is always cold the staff were friendly good for price but not most private can hear the units above and next to you conversations water running

The property is old and the building reflects this. Old paint work moss and mould where water runs. Tiles on the stairs to the car park old and cracked. Whilst old they are maintaining it as best they can. It is close to the g link which is great. The unit was tidy and clean. A couple of things need to be fixed one of the cupboard doors was broken with sigh saying not to use this vut down on what space was available. Only i shelf on door of friade and this was broken.
