Friendly and helpful staff.

Clean room. Quiet. Across from a nice park and the local pool. Was a great place to stay.

Did not have breakfast. AC not used.

I put our sign out to clean our room when we got back did my daughter bed but not mine the shower was leaking and there was no conditioner only shampoo and body wash.

Clean warm bed. Easy free onsite parking. 5 mins away from everything Central Ballarat

The motel was fine for one night while visiting Sovereign Hill, but it wasn’t great. The staff were friendly. The room was grimy and needed a deep clean. The facilities were fine, we had what we needed in the kitchen but it would have been a bit hard to cook a proper meal. The couches and beds weren’t that comfortable. The area around the motel was quiet but not much to do without driving, and the view outside our room was of an ugly equipment yard or something. I think there was a playground nearby but it was raining so we didn’t go there, but would be handy if it was nice weather. The breakfast was disappointing - I was keen to get the kids a motel breakfast where you tick what you want on a card, but they didn’t have that. They just had an overpriced breakfast box you could buy with cereal, juice and milk. Luckily we’d brought cereal with us just in case so we had that.

great location , nice rooms and great facilities

Nice tidy little room. Perfect for what we needed as we stayed for a basketball tournament - only thing to improve is the water for the shower was rather cold and didn’t heat up. Other than that happy with our stay - thanks!!

Quiet area Friendly and helpful staff Well equipped room

The main door into the room has gaps through which cold air was blowing continuously. This made the room very cold. The Aircon did not work properly, as the room was cold I had set the temperature to 28. Unfortunately, it was still cold. One of the thermal blankets was not working. If the above problems are rectified, then it would be an excellent accommodation and great value for money. Overall, it is budget friendly.

At first there was a problem with my door it wouldn’t unlock so I needed help where a fault was found but I could lock the door once I was in. Overall the place was very clean inside & outside. The only problem I really had was the bed was terribly soft and I got very little sleep, the mattress needs to be thrown out & replaced with a new one.

Comfortable and clean room. Spacious and I’m a good location close to Eureka Stockade and parklands. Reception was friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

Was fine for what we paid. Only 1 light in the room worked and was quite dusty. But beds were comfortable and was quiet.

Very good unit, except the shower area could do with a screen. Water runs all over the floor outside shower curtain area. Except for that little thing, very happy with unit.

A traditional motel where everything worked well - a traditional motel layout. Beds were a little firm but otherwise good. Shower was great.

Safe great parking close to shops

Overall my stay was satisfactory, one thing that I noticed was that the bathroom was a bit smelly which maybe was caused by the toilet leaking some water out of the bottom onto the floor. Also there were a few cockroaches in the room however there was fly spray provided.
