Room was very ordinary. New unpainted exterior door. Ceiling in bathroom peeling. Floor tiles cracked or missing

My husband had a small service dog who assists him due to an Acquired Brain Injury resulting in visual impairments including but not limited to facial blindness, short term memory loss, visual and sensory overload and anxiety. The Indian owner said 'I used to drive taxis and that is not a service dog'. My husband proceeded to show him evidence as per medi alert bracelet; he also had a gambit of other evidence. That evening the owner stalked us ad 3x going out he was near, watching our unit even at one time sitting in his white 4WD looking! Perhaps it wasn't just us he was watching. Units have been allocated one car park but not enforced as some tradesmen use 2-3 parks so not able to park near unit. I informed Tracey in the morning that cups were not washed and 1/4 roll of toilet paper so we used paper towels. Although our service dog can hold it's bladder and bowels for a long time and did not soil the carpet, even if it did, it wouldn't matter as dirty carpet. I cannot comprehend how 4-5 stars ratings have been recorded as if authentic 4-5 star a higher nightly charge would be warranted, even $128 is a stretch and more like 2 stars. Perhaps family or friends visited and/or an alternative means to inflate prices; view other negative comments to confirm tte accuracy of my statement as confirmed by others!

The room was not as advertised and the front desk staff admitted to knowing that the online room advertisement was wrong. We booked expecting to have two rooms and this was not the case. All 3 beds were in the same room and was quite an inconvenience to us. There was also a lot of road noise and some loud guests who weren't managed. The walls were noticeably dirty and the carpet was very old. Overall a very average experience and would not stay again.

Nice room in a older motel. Friendly courteous owners, providing excellent meals to the room. A comfortable overnight stay on our journey west.

Clean and comfortable beds were the only positive. The bathroom needs repairs. The shower leaked and the bathroom roof was disgusting. The shower was mouldy and rusty, the curtains old and hanging off. The whole room needs a return and repaint and upgrade. The pictures fit the room I booked and the room we actually stayed in did not match. Disappointed with the condition of our room and our stay.

A very nice place to stay i give it a 9 out of ten Lovely people who run it good meals as well

This placevia fine if looking for somewhere to simply rest your head. Facilities and bathroom was very dated. Pool not suiyablw for swimming in, wifi didnt work nor is there foxtel as advertised on their signs.

I have stayed at this property a number of times previously and it is good value and the rooms of a reasonable standard. Unfortunately on this occasion the clean had not been completed. The toilet was dirty, and a partly used soap was still in the shower. I am sure this is an exception and we will stay again as we have always had good experiences in the past.

Pros: Friendly lady at reception, quick check in. Good wifi. The RSL around the corner had nice staff. Air con worked well Cons: The bathroom lightbulb was out, didn't notice until late.
