宿泊階や部屋によると思うが、宿泊した4FでWi-Fiは繋がらない。リフトやレセプション付近では繋がるので、明らかに部屋にWi-Fiが届いていないと思われるが、レセプションの対応は冷たく、問題はあなたのデバイスにあるから対応できないと言われる。 基本的にアパートメントのため、ホテル並みのサービスは期待できないが、立地は良く部屋は綺麗である。

土曜日・日曜日・月曜日の祝日に3泊しましたが、日・祝日は部屋の清掃が休みとのことで、一回も清掃が入りませんでした。　洗濯機があったので、タオルを自分たちで洗いました。

大人２名子供１名で利用。客室は清潔で十分な広さ。 室内に洗濯機＆乾燥機があり、設備も充実。 場所も街の中心にあり、便利。 但し、滞在中は部屋の暖房が故障しており、少々寒い思いを したのだけは残念。

There was an error with my bookings and staff refused to rectify and blamed it on Expedia. I ended up in a room in the basement with 5 beds. My booking was for one person for one night.

Spacious 2 brm 2 bath apartment with all the essentials. Great for a short or long stay in the heart of Melbourne. Location excellent for theatres, dining and sports.

Dirty. When we saw the suite there was still left over half eaten cookie from the previous guest on the table. The location is good if you want to cross the river to get to the museums. Not as central as some other hotels. Noise from garbage truck etc can be heard early hours.

Great spot. Easy access and convenient parking. Rooms were tidy and clean. Only thing I could critique was that the bathrooms were a bit dated. But not a problem, still great rooms

Excellent location as it is near theatres and eating places. Reception helpful and apartment spacious and clean. The noise during the night prevented us from having a sound and relaxing night sleep.
