We wanted waterfront, parking and aircon and this place met those criteria. We loved breakfast on the balcony although we did feel like we were taking our life in our hands as the balcony appears to be trying to come off the building. Decor was tired but this was reflected in the price we paid. Clean and comfortable.

Magnificent location and we had a wonderful stay.

Had an amazing stay, room was as described and the front desk were very friendly and helpful!

I had the most amazing little getaway staying here. So peaceful and relaxing with the ocean breeze, the place was perfect, a minutes walk and on the beach, spacious and comfortable rooms and relaxing on with balcony with the sea breeze and ocean sparkling. (Room was partial ocean view.) Dorothy was lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable about local places to shop / head for dinner.

Quiet location along the coast but still close to it all. Secure parking underground but a bit of a squeeze. Was good for a family with 2 bathrooms and washing facilities. Generally a good stay.

The location is fabulous and the views are amazing. Staying there is very relaxing and Dorothy, the manager, is so helpful and friendly.

Great location right on the beach with all amenities close by. A little noisy during our stay due to construction nearby, but not a major issue. Would definitely stay again.

Such a nice location near the beach!

We had a fabulous family break in an ocean front apartment with an incredible view and the team were really helpful at check in and check out - thank you. The apartment was well equipped, spacious and it was just beautiful to sit in the morning sun on the balcony and watch the whales out at sea. The building is in a great, quiet position in the middle of the long beach between Surfers Paradise and Burleigh Heads, and has free secure underground parking. The pool and spa were a bit chilly, but there’s direct access to the beach and games and body boards in the basement. A short walk away are cafes, restaurants and a few shops. And it’s a short drive to Surfers, Burleigh Heads or the huge mall at Robina.

Great communication prior to a sunday out of hours check in. Very friendly and helpful person at reception. 2 bed unit had small bathrooms but good kitchen and living areas. Direct access to the beach . All up a good value short break to catchup with family.Parking for one car only . Street parking difficult due to no parking allowed on one side of street and construction work opposite.

The heating was broken & the 'owner' of the property had not authorised to fix it by the time I had finished my 4 day stay. The bedroom door locked on me & it was 15 hours before I got a response about it. Dorothy on the front desk was super lovely, but don't stay in room 19!

We stayed in a Partial Ocean View Apartment and were NOT disappointed. Views to the ocean, coastline, hinterland were breathtaking. Apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. Dorothy, the receptionist, was just fantastic and very helpful from our booking, arriving and leaving. Thank you. We will return for sure. Valmay

Nice property look strait over the beach. Very nice unobstructed view. Furniture is nice and comfortable. Location is good. Walking distance to surf club, about 3 km from pacific fare and Oasis. Manager was nice and helpful.

It is tidy, clean and quiet. The location is great, not too close to the city, but convinient enough to drive to city. Close to the sea, plus Dorathy is very kind and helpful

Apartment was basically clean, beds comfy but apartment in need of renovation. A few things didn't work however management responded quickly to sort out the issues.

Convenient location, good for families and spacious, only negative no air conditioning, apartment very uncomfortable in 36 degree heat, we spent limited time inside and too hot to use kitchen.
