17時以降のチェックイン方法が非常に分かりにく、入室まで1時間近くかかった。

Clean room, balcony was small but was still good, great amenities would stay again

Great location and view. Having the helpful man there after hours to help with check-in made a huge difference. And arranging 2 carparks was greatly appreciated, as I realise this is not usual.

The room was ok at best. No A/C in bedrooms during summer made it very hot. limited cutlery. Poor water pressure. Very difficult to adjust water temperature in shower.

Beds were ultra comfortable and pillows Overall the apartment was was fantastic

Well located. Room was nice and large. A few combined issues pushed this down to a 3 rating though unfortunately. 1. Channel 7 gets no reception, so no big bash cricket. 2. Huge gap between blinds so sun streams in when trying to sleep. 3. No body wash. 4. Uncomfortable couch. Bed was nice though. I wouldnt stay again but if they made some simple improvements i would.

The culture around the hotel has significantly improved and the different foods were a nice addition to our stay

Excellent property in the hart of the Valley

Very tidy apartment and hotel, super convenient location but the thing we noticed the most was the AMAZING service. Literally everyone we dealt with (e.g. front desk, gents at the pool) went out of their way. Super happy with this place - will def stay again.

Everything was great overall however certain things could use extra maintainance such as the detachable shower head being loose and the silicon dish drying mat being full of mould.

Room was spacious & clean. Great location to the Music Hall. Staff were very helpful & easy check in. A male cleaner was very helpful when office was unattended. We will definitely stay again when we return to Brisbane. Thank you

We stayed there as we had a gig in fortitude valley music hall, so it’s a short walk from there and very close to the train station. There are two towers so if you come from the train station you need to get to the other tower. They do send you a detailed text to get to the office. The room itself could be better. All first world problems like air con only in the lounge room and none in the bedroom. The most uncomfortable couch ever. Soap in the sink of the bathroom but none in the shower itself. And all pillows are exactly the same. All big and fat pillows, when I want a flat pillow which they don’t have. There’s also a weird way to watch T.V even. As I said all first world problems but enough to make you not want to stay there again. The apartment itself is clean and modern and conveniently located to where we needed to go.

The apartment was fine. There was a huge crack in the balcony glass door. Bit grotty in the bathrooms. Some of the furniture seemed cheap and flimsy. The bedhead in the main room was not attached to the wall. And as a first word problem, there wasn't any other coffee options other than instant.

The property was neat, had all the amenities required for my stay and staff was helpful. The area is around alot of shops, bus stop to center and main train station. The city is also a walkable distance from the property.

Nothing good

Although basically clean, property in need of a fresh up. Worn fittings, carpet, flooring. Shower trap dirty. Incomplete kitchen. Door lock flimsy. Area has declined since we last visited 15 years ago. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Very disappointed with the condition of the room.
