I booked this property predominantly for the washer and dryer - unfortunately, no washing powder provided, and as I checked in after hours, there was no response to the concierge service. Needed to source from a store late at night, which was costly.

Check in - Schlecht: Manager nicht erreichbar, kein Zugang zum Gebäude, dann durchs Parkdeck geirrt.
Zimmer: Kein Ausblick, man fühlt sich, wie im Gefängnis, dieser Zustand ist auf keiner der 40 Fotos in der Beschreibung ersichtlich.
Gegend: in der Beschreibung steht Vergnügsviertel. Tatsächlich- Erotikviertel.
Lärm: in der Beschreibung steht Schallisoliert. Tatsächlich - jedes Lied bis früh Morgens mitsingbar und das im 10. Stock.

Great location with transport hub nearby.
Good selection of food options too.
Booked a 2 room apartment and was very happy with the choice.
Full kitchen and laundry, lounge and 2 decent rooms. Good wifi and smart tv.
Paid the extra for parking which was handy.
Pool area was very nice.
Read the checkin instructions carefully as reception is in a different tower.

Had an amazing stay at Fortitude Valley Apartment by CLLIX! I was there for work, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The only thing I’d flag is the shower—it was a bit tricky to get the water temperature just right with the two separate taps (not sure if there’s a trick to it!).
Overall though, it was a great stay and the staff were super welcoming and accommodating.

The apartment was in great condition, excellent amenities and great check in service. Note windows not double glazed and noise was an issue on the Saturday night, but ear plugs were enough to block out

Great place... would stay again in needing to be near Fortitude Valley Music Hall.
Area has some definite... characters, but I still felt safe walking around.
Apartment is clean and has everything you need. Train station is around the corner (2 mins away), there's lots of food and night life options around and and you can walk to story bridge and to city if you prefer (15 mins to story bridge).
The apartment is great, only complaint is the aircon didn't quite reach the bedroom, so was a little warm in there, but we kept the fan on overnight, which helped... but everything was convenient, clean and we loved our stay

Location is great especially for the Brunswick street night life. Apartment itself was ok. A bit on the worn side with a few broken things that did not hamper our stay.
Biggest complaint would be lack of sound proofing. You hear everything outside the building which can be bad around a big night life area. Some Aussies apparently like loud cars/motorcycles like their American counterparts.
We chose it for location and washer/dryer which was really nice to have.

Très bonne expérience! Nous avons eu un belle appartement tout équipé pour 3 jours pendant la période de Noël. Le check in a été très facile, cependant je comprends le potentiel problème de communication car vous êtes seul face a une borne. Appartement de standing vie sur Brisbane. Rien à redire
