親切丁寧なフロントの対応に感謝致します。またゲストランドリーと小さなジムはありがたい。

従業員が親切、レストランも綺麗。ともかく立地場所が良い。 クレードルマウンテンに行くには最適です。

デボンポートでは最良のホテルだと思います。レストランも平均より上です。 オーストのレストランは田舎ではそれなりなので安心です。

街の中心まで歩いてすぐです 食事をするところも、周辺にたくさんありますし 大手チェーンだけあって、クオリティはそれなりにしっかりしていると思います 部屋は綺麗ですが、バスルームとの扉が 磨りガラスの大きな引き戸なのが気になるぐらいでしょうか （おしゃれですが、中に人が居るとぼんやり見えてしまいます） 全体的に、満足なレベルです オーストラリアの物価から言って、妥当な価格帯だと思います

Comfy bed, lovely view and friendly staff! The toilet was a bit janky to flush and so was the toilet door lock but overall its the best hotel ive stayed at in a while. Id give it 4 and a half stars if i could!

Good value fir the family of four. Great location. Very ordinary beds.

Checked in for only one night. Catherine at reception was very helpful and cheerful. Stayed in a spa suite which was clean and spacious enough. Super comfortable King bed. Air con working nicely. Complimentary bottled water was appreciated. Excellent location for business or pleasure with free parking out back and easy access to room.

Our room 008 was downstairs next-door to kitchen, laundry and carpark for delivery trucks. We were kept awake by noises all night. Our mattress sunk in the middle ( we informed reception) Staff were very accommodating and restaurant food was very good

Our stay was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed having a lift at the end of our biggest hiking day. The beds are extremely comfortable

The rooms are good, the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately the common areas of the hotel are very dirty and the car park area and outside entrances are worn out.

Staff were lovely particular in bar and dining room. Roomsoveralld clean but bedside tables very dusty

The hotel was fine. I dropped a star because I got 3 notifications telling me the it is required to contact the hotel before checking in on the day of check in, but those notification did not provide a way to contact the hotel. So I spend way too much time trying to figure it out. When, I finally got there, the girl said there is no reason to contact the hotel before checking in. This is just annoying bad management and communication. On the plus side, the place had a great gym.

As were travelling via the Spirit of Tasmania the the proximity was excellent and we could see the ferry from our window. The room was clean and bar and dining facilities were on the property.

Great location in central Devonport with parking and close to everything we needed. Clean and comfortable room. A touch noisy for shorts periods but we were right near the carpark so to be expected. The staff were lovely and efficient with check in and check out.

Very central place to stay, staff very friendly and helpful

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by Sherri with a smile and friendly introduction to the Gateway, it felt like a good place to stop. The room was clean, well set out and met my needs. It was close to town.
