Giants Table and Cottages

ゴードンダムを訪れた際に宿泊し、翌日はマウントフィールドへ行きました。 ロケーションは、とてもいいです。 敷地内の池でカモノハシを見ることもできました。 一つだけ、清掃が行き届いていなかったのが　とても残念です。 清掃がされていないというよりは、正しい清掃の仕方を知らないようなので　汚れがたまる一方です。 床がべたついていたり、浴槽の壁と蛇口に水垢がこびりついている、シャワーカーテンは洗われていない等です。 オーストラリアでは、割とよくあることなので　低価格だったら気にならなかったかも・・・。

オールドフランス様式のコテージ。すこしくたびれている。カモノハシの生息する池などがあり、周辺環境は素晴らしい。近くにコンビニがないので、食糧調達は大きな町でする必要あり。

私はガイドで11-3月の間に3回タスマニアを訪問するが、女性グループで行く旅行が多い。どこへ行ってもダブルベッドしかない。しかし日本人女性はダブルベッドで眠ることを好まないので、は必ずシングルベッドを希望するが、殆どのコテージにシングルが無い。この度のシングルベッド2部屋は大変使いやすかった。近くのラッセルの滝へウオーキングも距離が程良く美しく歩きやすい道であった。

There was an issue beyond the property's control, as a result we were upgraded and staff ensured we were advised, taking extra effort to contact us.

Bed was comfortable, the kitchen had good utensils and pans, etc, and the accommodation was very well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was no wash powder on the day we were there, but there was a huge washing machine and dryer available for use. I would recommend this accommodation to families and couples. It was very spacious.

Brilliant place to stay close to Russell Falls and lots of nice drives around the area. Would recommend and stay there again.

Just felt like I was at home and not in a motel,the inclusions were fantastic,everything we needed was there,had a great stay,we were very comfortable,and enjoyed our stay very much,my daughter had a paranormal experience with a small child,we r both believers.any other reports like my daughter had.

Great spot for heading out to some hiking. Clean and well presented. Great having a washer and drier.

A great location, close to the Mount Field National Park. An older property with great sleeping options for a large group of travelers. Well stocked kitchen and good-sized fridge to take supplies. Got to see the platypus in the pond on site which was a treat. Fabulous communication from the owner and easy access. Sadly, lots of black mold in the shower corners and a bloody rag left in the washing machine. We also had to wash again all the crockery and cutlery we used as they were very dirty with fingerprints, lipstick and beer bubbles still on the glasses. Parking directly in front of the unit available and a nice walk locally.

The place was amazing. Truly spacious and super clean. The kitchen was well-equpped and the fridge is clean and big for us to store our water bottles. The living room has nice sofa and well decorated and not cluttered. The bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable. There is a laundry room to do our laundry with a dryer. The toilet is clean. A slight of an issue is that the flushing mechanism in the toilet is not working. We have to find a public toilet. Other than that, the place is brilliant and quiet.

A beautiful spot close to Mount Field and a worthwhile walk to Marriott falls.

Property was very spacious, well equipped and had a lovely ambience. The on site restaurant was welcoming with very good food at a reasonable price. H8ghly recommend.

Really nice place. Makes a great base for exploring and hiking. Only downside is the bar and restaurant are not open all week.

Very spacious with good layout. Excellent hiking trails right at the doorstep.

Comfortable accommodation with basic cooking facilities. However there were many flies and was difficult to keep them out as there were no flyscreens on the doors.

Easy to find and park right outside your cottage. Lovely meals and licensed bar within 50 metres of the cottages. Historical accommodation well kept and clean. We had the whole cottage to ourselves.
