Room wasnt ready when we arrived, i booked this accommodation 6 weeks prior. so i was unable to shower & get ready for the event i was attending that i flew half way across queensland for that same day.(sons graduation) Room was ready couple hours later. Was told we would get a free meal for our troubles, then a day later told it was a free drink, got 1 drink each. No appoligies from managment which was upsetting as i stay there often when i pass through. Shared bathroom and toilets, they are not cleaned daily, at least 10 people were using them daily including myself 2x a day. No fridge in room, i booked a room with fridge. Staff were amazing no problems at all, managment was upsetting. Will not be staying here again.

Room was suitable for our short stay. Comfortable beds and clean linen. Bathrooms were nice too. Good food and cheap beer. We loved the rooster alarm clock. We will stay again.

Schöne Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad und Gemeinschaftsküche. Alles recht einfach und schon etwas älter, aber mit viel Charme - hat absolut was! Uriges Pub im Erdgeschoss, Gin Gin ist eine sehr schöne kleine Stadt, leckere Bäckerei ganz in der Nähe und noch einiges mehr zu entdecken. Lohnt sich!

I love the old country hotels, staff was extremely helpful. The room was small with shared bathroom but all we needed was a good bed and a good meal after a day traveling.

We had amazing stay in Gin Gin hotel for 1 week holiday!the unit was clean,comfortable,and perfectly located near local shops,the neighbourhood was quiet and safe.The host were friendly and welcoming,making us feel at home,we'd highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway" Appreciate your caring heart Thanks 🙏

Very clean and beds comfortable. only problem was the bathroom light was not working in one of the shower rooms. Otherwise, lovely and clean.

Super friendly old pub Quiet Has everything you need Shared bathroom and kitchen facilities were clean and well equipped The team ensured our classic cars were undercover for our stay The evening meal was outstanding

The room was small but good enough for 1 nights. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped and breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. We stayed in room nr 6 and only had 1 shower and 1 toilet for at least 6 rooms. And when there was someone in the shower you couldn't reach the sink to wash you hands. It would have been nice to have more room to eat your self made dinner. In the kitchen were only 2 chairs at a bar table and in the room wasn't any chair or table.

This pub hotel is a great stop over for the family for the Mackay to Brisbane drive. Price was good, family room was huge, clean and felt like sleeping in a great big Queenslander. Female toilets and showers are refurbished and looking fresh. Pub directly downstairs provided a good meal with Pizza and huge pub meals available. The beer on tap was cold and the outdoor playground was loved by my kids. Stayed here twice now on our adventure to brisbane and back. Also a great coffee shop just down the road in gin gin with toasties & ok coffee for the morning.

the accomodation was clean and tidy and well organised, until a family came the same night, and didn't respect others privacy, plus letting their alarm ring on for 10 mins at 6 am waking everybody else, who wished to sleep in.
