グランデ エスケープ リゾート

スタッフがフリンドリーでとても良かったです。お部屋も、子どもがいたので広いお部屋に無料で変えてくれました。（空きがあったので）スペースも広く、コインランドリーもあり。お勧めです。

林に囲まれてうるさくない環境 アメリカ、オーストラリアによくある部屋の前に車を止めるレンタカーで旅行する人に便利ですね。

Good restaurant.

Very relaxing. Food not great

The room was clean and wellcoming tea/coffee everything we needed - it was a public holiday so nothing was open not even reception/restaurant - we were in a room with a corridor at the back and 12pm at night a group of young lads ran amoke for several hours - I went into their rooms twice to no avail - for these reasons would not stay again

The Grande Escape Resort is about 1.5km from the centre of Margret River. While the room was a good size it felt a little bit tired and could do with a refresh, but that would probably bump up the price. It is a little far to walk into town but in a quiet location. I think many travellers would prefer a chain on the doors (our room had access to an internal corridor) plus direct outside. While both could only be opened with a key. In this day and age I believe many would prefer additional security.

The room was nice enough, bed comfortable and the shower was big but the water temp was going up and down during the shower. The coffee machine was good.

Room was well presented, clean and comfortablenice little outdoor areas to hang out in and a little playground for the kids. Also had a giant chess board which was entertaining

The Grand Escape Resort is located in nature but within walking distance of the centre of Margaret River. The rooms were large with everything required for a comfortable stay. Used the restaurant for breakfast and also for dinner when the menu suited. Overall our stay was very good and the lady in the bar was very helpful and had excellent customer service.

This hotel is very run down. The furniture is very old, and banged up. They have tried to renovate some of the rooms but the renovations didn’t bring it up to the level of a nice hotel. It was sorta like camping with a roof over your head. The exterior is very poorly maintained. There was only one light working out of 10 in the parking area which was very unsafe. One of the dryers didn’t work in the dirty laundry but there was no note on it to indicate that. The mini golf had lots of debris on it so it was not too usable. We were afraid to try the pool. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful as was the bartender. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. It was not a “resort.”

Room was clean apart from mould on ceiling in bathroom. Guest wifi is very patchy and could do upgrading. Shower water pressure was below standard and Rose could do with upgrading also. Thank you

Spacious, clean rooms and very accessible. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were friendly, approachable and professional. The location is very convenient and the grounds are lovely. The rooms are a bit tired, however they were value for money 👍
