A tired older place. Cheap ok for a night. Musty carpets. Poor wifi. A 15 min walk to buses. Nice people. Restaurant was ok

While I found the room ok and the staff very helpful and friendly I had a problem with the shower over a plunge bath. I have osteo in one leg and was afraid of falling without a non slip mat or a railing to hold onto. Thank you

Room clean and well presented. Bathroom stocked good. Hot water excessively hot and required caution when using. Bath/shower had a high step in and out and needs an assistance handle on wall for safety. Amenities meet all our needs. Staff on call as needed.

This motel would be the worst motel i have ever stayed in , run down, dirty . Hotels.com you might want to remove this motel from your web site or it will damage your reputation for offering clean motels .

Room was old and needs a new good refresh & bathroom

Filthy, all cutlery in the grubby draw was FILTHY. Unwashed. The room smelt like mould. Never again

Unit was old and disgusting. Bed spreads need throwing out and place needs a paint and some money spent updating it a bit. No microwave to heat food.. Place really needs demolishing its that run down.

Very comfy for the price. Place was once no1 now a little run down but acceptable. Staff courteous and helpful. You have full hotel facilities here. Excellent views across the Bay. Close to the city centre. Yes will stay again.

Room needs to be painted bed covers need to be thrown out

You had me booked in a Month after i wanted it and they would not accept that i had already paid and had to pay again so a refund would be nice

Close to ocean, swimming pool, quiet, great bistro, very friendly staff who make you feel at home, very cheap rate. Thumbs up, happy,will stay again. Slept very well.

We loved the location of this hotel! 5minute walk to the Wetside Waterpark was a big draw card for my young daughter and I. We also loved shell collecting walks on the beach across the road - and it is a handy 10minute walk to the RSL which we went to a birthday party on the Saturday night. All of the staff we came into contact with were friendly and welcoming. The food is nice at the bistro next door and seems popular on the weekly special nights with the locals too. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about how much fun she had on all the amazing playgrounds around the Bay and it was just so nice to be able to come back and relax in the afternoons at a clean and comfortable place - my daughter even braved a quick chilly dip in the hotel pool a couple of times. We will definitely be back to stay again and even our friends that live in the Bay whom we were visiting, said they now know where they’ll be recommending to people to stay also :)

Good price Pillows were old and floppy - had to go and buy our own

Great ocean views. Across the road from Water Park and Cafe that does a Hot Breakfast. OnSite Bistro with good Food for Lunch and Dinner
