全部屋かどうか分かりませんが寝室にエアコンがなかったので、暑がりな人はつらいかも。 ベランダが北向きで、風通しはあまり良くないです。

Convention center での会議参加で利用しましたが、徒歩圏内で周囲に飲食店やスーパーが豊富にあり便利な場所です。建物は少し年季が入っていますが、機能は問題なく、駐車場、エントランスはセキュリティーキーで守られています。

中心からは離れているがレンタカーあれば問題ない、便利である。 ビーチにも近いしスーパーにも近い。 たまにうるさいが、通常は快適。 設備は合格水準にいられるかな。 バスタブ、NHK、電子レンジ、バルコニー、駐車場があるのでそう思う。 結果、常連となってる。 そうそう、スタッフみんな良いよ。 みんなで礼儀よく使い、日本人勢力圏にしよう。

Friendly staff at reception. Kitchen had all we needed. Secure undercover parking. Lovely pool and bbq area. The small outdoor balcony to our unit needed cleaning. Close to beach and shops.

The bathroom needs updating. The pool was nice and the security was great

Cleanliness was an issue, particularly the floor.

There are different units that are rented. My complaint was my unit wasn’t cleaned too well. Long hair in the bathroom vanity drawers (about 4 with hair). There was also short black hair( you know) in the shower. This morning I noticed that the floor drain slightly under the vanity had ‘’stuff’’ clogging some of the drain slits. Before leaving I wiped the glass tops of nights stands and dried with paper towels I’d bought. Wiped quite a bit and dried with p.towel. FYI, there are no ‘’wash cloths’’ US terminology or Face Towels. I hand towel though this was sleeping for 4 ppl. That is standard, 1 towel per person and 1 hand towel per unit. You can pay for extra towels but no wash cloths (to wash your face with ). There are different levels of units. Mine was not refurbished and had a junky look.miss matched china, glasses, etc. Another unit up higher was so much nicer and priced accordingly. The bed was fine, the TV worked. I didn’t cook. Just tea and ready made items to bring and eat. Oh, one teeny waste basket in the toilet room for ALL OF YOUR WASTE! 1 plastic bag for my 3 days. Location was fine, a view of the pool area and grass. Beach is just across the street and the grassy esplanade.Pacific Fair about a $10-12 Uber. my unit had a washer. Communal dryer in the basement for $2. Some units DO have washer and dryer.

Grosse déception pour cet hôtel dans lequel nous avons passé 5 nuits. Les choses positives : les literies étaient bonnes ,on avait un emplacement gratuit pour la voiture et l'hôtel est juste à coté de la mer et des centres commerciaux. Par contre beaucoup de points négatifs : canapé taché et inconfortable ,terrasse très grasse non nettoyée et mobilier de terrasse rouillé. Traces de main sur les vitres, les baies vitrées mériteraient d'êtres remplacées car elles doivent avoir l'âge de l'immeuble et le système de fermeture est trop basique. On a mal dormi la 1ere nuit car on entendait le bruit venant d'un chantier nocturne un peu plus loin. Il manquait une bassine pour sortir le linge de la machine à laver et aucune machine sèche linge alors que dans toutes les locations que l'on prend depuis plus de 20 ans sur la Gold Coast ,il y a toujours ces équipements là. L'étendoir à linge était trop petit pour permettre de mettre le linge de 3 personnes à sécher correctement . Le spa pool à côté de la piscine était froid ou tiède mais pas chaud comme on peut l'avoir dans d'autre location . On voit que l'appartement a été partiellement rénové mais il manque des choses ,la trappe dans les WC s'ouvre facilement montrant les tuyauteries de l'immeuble. Même si on ne s'attendait pas à un 5 étoiles ,la propreté et l'équipement sont un minimum quand on paye en moyenne 166 euros la nuit pour notre période de location. J'ai dit gentiment à la dame de l'accueil que j'étais déçue de mon séjour.

I booked this hotel on the day I wanted to stay there and then went to the property but there was no reception staff past 5pm - I arrived at 5:15pm and so I could not even enter the door to access the property - let alone our booked room. I called their number which was supposed to be providing 'after hours' service almost 20 times and it either rang out or was hung up repeatedly. I used the Hotels.com chat function and texted with a support agent who said they called the property and advised us to call them again. We did call more than 10 more times and it was again either not answered or it was hung up as soon as someone picked it up. I also tried to cancel the booking on the Hotels.com app and it would not let me do it due to some 'ongoing support activity' which never led anywhere. I also tried to contact the property via text using the Hotels.com app and it gave me a technical error each time I tried. In the end I had to book another hotel at very short notice so we had somewhere to stay. I want a full refund for this very frustrating experience!!!

Great location to restaurants, beach etc.

We were in Broadbeach for a conference at the Convention Centre but paying for ourselves and so wanted somewhere cheap. Ideally located between the Centre and the beach with parking included. On the top (6th floor) of an older building but a large unit with perfectly adequate facilities, very friendly staff.

The room at first glance was pleasant with a lovely view of the ocean and park. It was so disappointing to find that the apartment was not that clean. There is significant Mould and rust in the shower that looks like it's been there for a long time. Bathroom floor was filthy. There was a hole in the blanket we used. Sliding door frames had not been cleaned - more mould. Fridge had fluff and dust clinging to it. Would never stay here again. It's a pity because location and view is perfect.

The reception was lovely, i enjoyed my stay I could see partial sea and i had nice stay. Great location close to everything Thank you for lovely experience

Location was good. Pool was good but unit itself was terrible worst couch ever. Soft horrible bed. Very run down.

Shame about the noise from constant hooning right outside the property. Cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. Great spot for a holiday and lovely staff. No dryer
