The room had no table or chairs, the television did not work and noisy being close to a major railway line and road. The bed very soft and n ot comfortable and lacked support. It had no bedside tables and the bed was pushed against one wall. This was the worst motel room we have slept in in over 50 years of travelling . Not worth the $140 a night, only $80 at best. Very disappointed.

Great affordable motel. Staff are easy to communicate with. Location is just out of town but easy to get to. Have stayed a few times and would happily stay again.

Clean and renovated and excellent value for money with kitchenette. Some signs of age like architraves and flooring or ceiling above shower. Contactless check in (with door code). It was a bit noisy at times from road trains (trucks) but we slept fine and it is on the highway so somewhat expected. A great option for our one night stay

Was quiet and comfortable

Bed was comfortable, shower was clean... Carpet very old & stretched.. Fridge, microwave, hotplate & sink facilities , old air con & TV in good condition...

The rooms are clean,comfortable bed enough space good fridges will stay again

Easy to locate. Minor maintenance needed. Shower head leak spraying on roof.

FOUND A CRACK PIPE LEFT IN OUR ROOM! Itchy once under the bed sheets, decided to sleep on top of sheets to stop the scratching, grabbed the blanket off the shelf to keep warm and a crack pipe fell off the shelf! Fluro light above bed flashed on every 30 mins during the night, even though it was turned off. Shower head sprays water onto the roof. Got up early to go for a run, (6:30am) To find drugo’s hanging around our car in the car park. Saw at least 6 people at this time like zombies hanging outside the other motel doors high as kites. Absolutely appalling stay!!!!

Very ordinary. It’s okay if you’re really desperate. It’s old and in dire need of a renovation. Digital and contactless…hmmm. That to me translates to mean…’we don’t care, we just want your money’.

Just a quick overnight stop. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was a bit noisy but done the job

Had bed bugs in the bed and the internet had a light that would flash every five minutes.

Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was tiny. Basic amenities. Fine for 1 night.

I didn't know what a Contactless motel was and when I got there it was very hard to access my room. Had I known this I would not have made a booking. Apart from this the room was very clean and suitable for our stay.

Was easy for me with truck at time. Only difference was price and what the third parties were offering compared to the direct sales more in price.

So clean . Shower was great and very comfortable bed ( loved the sheets )

First room smelled like cigarettes and urine. There’s no one on site so you have to phone a number to get assistance. Got 2nd room which was not smelly. Was not the best in terms of cleanliness. Shower had extremely low pressure. Sink in bathroom had a shelf above it that you need to bump your head when washing face. Property is keyless so you need to remember a code they send via sms. hint: If you forget it and leave phone in room you are stuck outside without anyway to contact property. Property is next to train tracks so yeah. Best to avoid but ok for emergency stay only. I do admit that when i did get in touch with someone they did offer good customer service.

Arrived no reception given a code unable to open door, after a few attempts rang number on website. Once inside very dirty and beds so hard. Again rang number on website put through to Manager Cameron went next door that room exactly the same. Rang number once again given another room unable to get in. Very stressful was told refund will be given. Sent email from Website to ring overseas number Didn’t connect recording wrong number. Left very upset. I hope o get my refund.
