Great hotel in the heart of Hobart. Close to cafes, salamanca markets, tourist boats and busses and parks. Had everything I needed for a pleasant relaxing holiday.

Perfectly located right on the Hobart waterfront, this apartment hotel is older style but super clean and spacious, offering a brilliant budget option with everything at the doorstep. Cafes, pubs, restaurants, food shops and Salamanca market are a couple of minutes walk away, airport Skybus and MONA ferry are just across the road. Easy walk to shopping district. Lovely staff, comfortable beds, big bathroom, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave etc. Exceptional value. Will definitely stay here again.

Came down for a family bereavement, and the staff supported my brilliantly. An older property, but well maintained. Very well located with access to the waterfront and heaps of dining and drinking outlets. Take care with parking because Hobart City Council are like hawks on parking infringements. The premises does offer parking but book ahead and be prepared to practice your fine parking skills in a fairly tight space. On the whole, I highly recommend the place.

Street parking is available at 5.60 per hour up to 2 hours during the day, free between 6pm and 9am.

Staff and room both excellent and exactly what we needed for our family stay. Cannot be underestimated how inconvenient the parking lot is. Unless you are riding a motorbike.
