Holiday Inn SYDNEY - POTTS POINT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

スタッフの方がにこやかで親切で、外見よりも高級な感じがします。 途中、追加でタオルを2枚お願いしましたが、すぐ持ってきてくれました。駅の出口から30秒ですし、朝食も美味しく、近くにスーパーもコインランドリーもあるので便利でした。 ただ、アイロンや金庫はありましたが、部屋にメモとボールペンがなく備品は少なめだと思います。

クローゼットの引き戸が外れやすく、非常に開閉しにくかった。フロントで雨漏りがしていた。貸し出し傘がなくなり、借りれなかった。

繁華街のすぐ近くにあります。

部屋はとてもキレイで過ごしやすかったです。駅からも近くてたすかりました。フロントの方も優しかったです。 ただオパールカードの払い戻しについて聞いたらケアンズでも使えますって言ったのにケアンズ行ったら使えず中のお金が無駄になりました。

広々した部屋が気に入った。ホテルのレセプションは17:00までしかいないので、早めにチェックインするのが望ましい。

宿泊サービス全般的に満足。特に朝食はナイスだった。

This property is very close to one of the Big red bus bus stops. Big red bus is a hop on hop tourist bus great way to check out sydney sites

Good location for the money.

The rooms were filthy. Despite reporting bathroom was flooding from a dirty drain in the middle of the bathroom and showing them pictures, they didn’t fix it or change our room. We spent 3 days in that filthy condition.

Room was clean but a bit outdated. Area outside was very lively.

We stayed here for New Year's Eve and it was so easy to walk down to the park to watch the fireworks. We booked a car, but I wish we wouldn't have, there is a metro next door and a rental car desk in the lobby. Parking was very convenient though. Great breakfasts!

Property is fine if you’re looking for a reasonable and convenient option in South Sydney. Staff is very cooperative, I asked early check in and late check out. They did both without any issues. Rooms and elevators are little outdated but still worth the price bcz of location.

The harbour view was absolutely stunning fot $300. The King bed was comfy, bathroom luxurious. But it was the in room dining staff member that made my experience beautiful. I had been going through a hard time with my Mum’s illness and his warmth and kindness were so comforting. He was so supportive as I made my selections, suggesting sauces, offering improvements. He noticed I said I like crispy chips so he added extra crispy on them, and offered a cup of ice for my apple juice as I wasn't sure about it. He got through all those exasperating changes with patience, grace and humour, and an authenticity that made me feel that he really did care about me. He even came to my door after his shift to make sure everything was ok. He was immaculately dressed, beaming and personable. He is a an outstanding asset to the company and should really be on the front desk.

Nice hotel and good service

When flying into Sydney we enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn as there is an international and domestic train line that enables you to avoid Sydney traffic. From the airport to Central station, then change once to Eastern suburbs line and get off at Kings Cross station, then take the Victoria St elevator exit and you are at the entrance to the hotel. Easy and efficient - 20 minutes from getting on the airport train to hotel lobby checkin! Staff are helpful and efficient. Rooms are generous in size, many with fab city and opera house views. Walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. Can also enjoy walking to the NSW Art Gallery, Botanic Gardens and Opera House. Love the value and offerings… I hope you do too… great location to explore Sydney.
