very comfortable and great location for sightseeing. i definitely stay at that hotel, if i have a next chance to visit Sydney.

夫婦でやってる小さなホテル。夫婦はとてもフレンドリーかつ親切で、気軽に話しかけてくれ、観光などのアドバイスをくれたりしました。またホテル代が高いシドニーにおいて、5000円台で泊まれたのはとても助かりました。 あとキングスクロス周辺は治安が悪いと事前情報を仕入れてましたが、ホテルがあるあたりはまったく問題ありませんでした。 ただしwifiが遅くウェブブラウジングすらままならないのはちょっと辛かった。 また部屋の窓のブラインドがぴっちり締まらず、中庭からまあまあ丸見えなのは、かなりストレスでしたね。中庭にはオーナー夫婦しか入ってこれないので、いいといえばいいんですが、やはり落ち着きません。この二点で快適度は2とさせてもらいました。

滞在はほぼ快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 気になった点は、２点。 1.タオル交換について 毎日交換してくれません。 今回６泊しましたが、交換してくれたのは４回でした。 2.ベットシーツについて こちらは滞在中2回しか交換してくれませんでした。 ベットメーキングは毎日してくれますが・・・ 朝食は8メニューぐらいから選ぶことができ、コーヒーも非常においしかったです。 部屋は狭いと感じるかもしれませんが、シティからとても近く（歩くこともできます）、周りはバーやレストラン、coles（スーパー）があり、とても利便性がよいです。 オーナーはとても気さくな方で、朝食中は話が止まりませんでした(^^; 洗濯はオーナーにお願いすれば、有料で出来ると思います。

朝食が一番美味しかった。 こじんまりしてアットホームな感じで良かった。 オーナーが一生懸命に客対応してくれてとても好感が持てた。

贅沢を言わなければ必要十分なホテル。朝食も美味しいしボリュームもある。駅からも近く簡単。遅く着く人は自分で鍵を開けるので要注意

Hotel was just good enough for single traveller. Hotel owner was friendly and breakfast was nice. The only part which needs improvement for me is wifi connection. I could catch signal only near room door. Hotel is really near to train station (around 5-10min walk) and there are supermarket, drinking places, and food shops near by.

Great location, really good alternative from staying in CBD. Has everything you need around bus, tram, shopping and food. Host was nice. Bed was comfortable. Good place

I am a multiple repeat customer. This family run hotel has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay at an affordable price in a quiet location near metro stop, public transport and nightlife. The hosts have always been friendly and accommodating!

Close to restaurantes, market and the King Cross station. Also, walking distance to most attractions.

Das Haus ist schon alt und das merkt man an der ein oder anderen Stelle, das macht aber auch den Charakter des Hauses aus. Wir hatten Zimmer 1 und das war sehr großzügig und funktional. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Check-In und -Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Man kann von dort in 30 Minuten zu Fuß durch den botanischen Garten zur Opera laufen oder ganz einfach die Tram ab Kings Cross nehmen. Obwohl man also nicht im CBD wohnt, ist man schnell an den wichtigsten Punkten der Stadt. Für uns ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine Empfehlung!

Basic but with all the essentials. Clean rooms. Close to trains and buses to city centre and airport. Helpful, friendly hosts. Able to leave luggage at hotel by arrangement with hosts on day of departure before leaving for the airport. Would be very happy to stay there again.

Rigtig godt hotel til prisen, super lokation midt i Kings Cross, kort til offentlig transport og godt udvalg af spisesteder. Værelse stort og rummeligt, velfungerende og rent, men ikke særlig charmerende indrettet. Georg er god og hjælpsom vært. Kan varmt anbefales 👍

Peaceful and relaxing Walkable to dinner, nightlife and transportation

Nice host. Good room. Good bed. Small bathroom. Shower could randomly get scolding hot and must avoid the water then. Excellent location. Really getting your moneys worth. Easy to miss the stairs up to hotel.

This is no longer a bed and breakfast. The cafe connected to the hotel is not operating. The owner George is accessible through WhatsApp, and he can answer questions, but there is no service provided other than trash removal. The facility is clean, roomy, and reasonably priced, and it's in a really great area. Adequate. We're not

It is a quiet and clean accommodation located close to King Cross station. It is very convenient with food and entertainment.

Fantastic hotel! Very clean, quiet and secluded away from the Kings Cross area. Very close to public transport and extremely well prepared. Communication was prompt and accurate. Overall, this hotel was excellent. I will be back!
