Very much enjoyed my time here. There are some refurb works happening which did not cause me any issues. I didn’t make use of the room service but they have breakfast delivery which is amazing. Staff were great. Would have extended if I had the money.

Staff are very polite. Rooms are slightly dated but they have done a great job keeping them tidy. I would definitely continue staying at this property. The only downside is you have to lift your luggage up stairs to get in.

Ist time to visit this hotel after spending 5 nights at their equivalent hotel in Adelaide South Australia (excellent). This hotel is just as good. Great location to visit the northern part of the Melbourne CBD on the doorstep. Including the Theatre district, ChinaTown, Lygon street, Central and Victoria Market. Booked Queen deluxe and upgraded without asking. Modern renovations and excellent room facilities and bedding. Great breakfast ( buffet) staff friendly and efficient. Overall excellent experience. Experienced travellers.

Friendly staff, great location and a good sized room for a couple to use while exploring Melbourne. The only downside was the windows in the room we stayed in on the 10th floor were old and rattled in the wind and rain. They also did very little to block out the street noise below (late night party crowd and cars honking horns and revving engines) and as a light sleeper that made it tough to get a good sleep.

Property is outdated but still clean and comfortable! Staff were super helpful! There was ongoing work to update the hotel so in time it will be great. It was still very good all the same

This is definitely one of the better, reasonably priced hotels in the theatre district. Close to the main shopping areas and great dining options with China Town nearby. Buffet breakfast better than most with great variety and freshness. The staff are so friendly and courteous

Great location. Average breakfast buffet (pancakes and pastry’s a little stale). The big down side of this was the noise from the street. Our room had a little balcony that couldn’t be accessed, but had gaps around the door which ment all street sounds could be heard in room:(

My wife and I requested a quiet room. Checked in late. Woken up at 7am by construction noise / hammering and then later again with the lift. When checking out, we informed the reception team only to be told that other guests have reported it and they will speak with the contractors. That’s a little late for us. Putting us on a floor with construction after requesting a quiet room is disappointing. Also not disclosing the fact the hotel is under construction is terrible.

We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and the MCG. Value for money. We will definitely be back.

Was great location but a bit noisy at night from other doors. Parking was a bit expensive but room was clean and suitable. Fridge was not cold at all though.
