スタッフの方が皆さん親切で、素敵な滞在を送れました。

wifiが壊れていて使えず、フロントも留守がちで、全く対応してくれませんでした。みんな忙しそうでした。

Staff were great

Staff is very friendly with very good service. Breakfast is good.

Shower dripped the whole time and they obviously knew because the taps were turned off incredibly tight when I arrived. Noisy, loud neighbours on the first night and had not been told about the security phone number. Room had musty toilety smell and when smokers nearby it permeated the room. Bfast times were accomodating but a microwave wd be handy to have there. No bedside table. Ice cube tray stuck solid in freezer. Unable to use.

This hotel has the advantage of being able to have meals on site. Area is not very safe and high fences and walls as well as good lighting and security cameras in the carpark gives some sense of security. Despite this I saw a young male aboriginal walking around and looking into guests cars at 1.30am. No damage or losses that I am aware of this time. The guest laundry facilities were good and free of charge. Hotel is close to the town centre and tours we chose had hotel pickups.

All the facilities you need. Comfortable & clean room, lovely towels, pool, laundry, restaurant & bar. A great place to stay when in Kununurra.

Good security generally quiet . Reception, dining room and lounge areas are clean and comfortable. Excellent service from the friendly efficient staff.

Booked for 3 adults but only given 2 towels and only 2 mugs in room.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and a good size, and the hotel had good security. I would stay here again.

Very pricey for a very budget stay. Don't plan on staying if you want sleep because it's highly likely you won't get any being right next to the pub. I wouldn't have minded so much if there was an after hours contact number to call to see if an upgrade was available at my expense but they don't too much. Staff were lovely but that's about it.

Able to park truck inside looked gates which was a piece of mind

Hotel Kununurra’s is a bit old having been built in 1964, but modernised to a point. Centrally located and easy walking to facilities is still my choice to stay as other hotels being 500 meters further along the highway are not walkable and people being people, most will drive instead of walking to facilities such as supermarket etc.

Our room was right next to the beer garden and there was a DJ with thumping music which when on and on would have been a little different if we had a room away from there
