エスプレッソマシン、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫などがあり、快適に過ごせた。 駅から近く、バー、スーパー、レストランなどが近くにあり、便利。 部屋は清潔でした。 スタッフも親切丁寧でした。 また利用したいホテルです。

鍵がなく、コード番号を入力して部屋に入る方式。部屋にはネスプレッソ、湯沸かし、さらに電子レンジもあり、長期滞在に非常に便利。外食費の高いシドニーでは重宝する。シャワーのお湯も問題なく出た。

lovely room, spotless. Though I have not idea what their photo is about . Certainly not the hotel. The desk is not manned after 7 so we had difficulty getting to our room the first night

New room, spotless clean for Australian standards, good location. Check in after 7pm is rather difficult, especially if you are travelling (e.g. overseas flight). They contact first via mobile instead of email. They charge AUD200 bond + 2.60 credit card fee. After 10 days still haven’t received it back, plus it seems that the credit card fee needs to be paid anyway. I thought it was just a pre-authorization. They should improve these two. I don’t think I will be staying again.

Easy check in, beautiful room, nice and clean.

Room was well laid out, spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Blackout blinds ensured a great quiet sleeping after a late night. Check in while a little slow, was welcoming and friendly. Great place to stay as an alternative to the city.

Fabulous hotel! Friendly team, clean fresh hotel handy to local places to eat and access to buses and trains within walking distance.

Wonderful stay, close to everything, very helpful staff, comfortable bed!

I was very disappointed with my stay and this all comes down to how this place is managed. I only gave it two stars because the rooms were new. I did not have a problem with the reduced opening of reception (7am to 7pm) when booking this hotel, but during my stay I barely saw the receptionists at the reception. There was only a sign to say to call them if needed. This was a huge problem for me, since my international phone plan did not work and it lead to some incidents: -I had to wait in the lobby 45mins to check-in even though I was there only 30mins after the official check-in time. -In the room I was given the bathroom smelled like sewage for two days before I saw somebody in the reception to have it fixed. -I had to ask the cleaner to get the receptionist so that I could find out what was going on when I was switching rooms (the first one was very loud, even with ear plugs) The worst incident however, was when my hotel room door was left open. I told three different receptionist about this, but did not receive any message from the management. I had to ask for it specifically. If this incident was truly "taken seriously" I would have assumed they would have reached out to me, but they did not. Additionally, I found it quite peculiar that they could reach out to me thought the hotels.com chat when asking for my email for the manager to send me a generic response but they could not do it while I had a confusion about the room change issue. Will not be staying here again.

Great location. Nice clean room. Kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, microwave and utensils. Comfortable.

Definitely staying here again. Great complimentary checkout to 12pm.
