Yes, It's my feelings that within Budget it is reasonable and landscapes are maintained with friendly environment and cordial gesture towards Guest. Worthy with the expenditure. Need to add breakfast including Tariff.

We checked in on 1/11/25 and checked out on 3/11/25. It was a terrible experience with staff and the room. Lady at reception was very abrupt when we asked for 2 spare pillows as there was no extra pillows or blankets provided in the room like what we normally experience with other hotels. The 2 actual pillows in the room was paper thin reason why we wanted extra pillows for better neck support. The lady just told us off that there was none available and we should have requested upon our booking. Really, I mean who knew what they had in the room. It wasn't a peak busy period like Easter or Christmas to say they were fully booked just for 2 extra pillows or was it a big deal in washing pillow cases. The room walls are not noise proof as we were awoken at 1.30am by the loud music from the next room. All I did was bang the wall behind my bedhead and the music was immediately off. The carpets are so worn out and smells really bad and worse upon entering the room from a night out. The aircon is so noisy directly facing your bed with cold air directly hitting your body. Aircon looked so old and dirty dust was so transparent that we didn't feel like using. They only provided us with one key card. We went back to the reception and asked another key card after checking the room with such a terrible smell so we could leave the aircon on when going out. I can keep going on with so many defects in the room but this stay is not worth my time. Read other reviews prior to booking.

Water was leaking from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Property is not maintained at all. They moved us. There was no lock in the bathroom in the new room. The A/C stopped working. We were there with family and it was so much of inconvenience. I was just tired to move again with bags and kids. Pool was gross. Housekeeping were nice.

Very disappointed with the pool being dirty and my son not being able to swim as there was chairs in the pool, rubbish in the pool. The beds felt like you were sleeping on the floor. The Foxtel was disconnected. Sadly, we had to leave early due to all this and was very inconvenient and disappointing.

Property had a convrnient parking. However, certain conditions about thd property were not right, such as found dead cockroache in a bed room. The toilet door was hanging and didn’t have proper fitting to slide properly. In fact, even after closing the door, it was partially open. Also felt obnoxious smell in the rooms and the toilet.

Nice property, we booked a 3 bed town house. Little unusual smell upon entrance but was good when ventilated properly. Rooms were spacious and clean, bath room door was slightly off the rail, so sliding was a bit issue but worked. Few stains on the main bed room comforter, little attention to further cleanliness could make it a great place. Over all it was good, I stayed with family and young kids, really enjoyed.

The room was clean but was quite old and tired looking, bed was comfortable bathroom was good. Door had to be forcibly closed to ensure it was locked.

We stayed with kids . Staffs are nice and Welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Easy location for park cars and close to shops etc . But No lift at the property. Also the walls / floors were a bit noisy and we could hear people walking from rooms upstairs

I found it very reasonably priced. Comfortable and clean. Easy parking. Staff friendly and courteous.

Beds like concrete and exposed workers near the bed. Broken blinds, broken aircon, chipped tiles in bathroom

The stay was great, especially during hard times of homelessness situation, quiet and lovely team at the Hunts Hotel

Got a king bed room and it was two singles pushed together and beds are on wheels so all night the beds were separated and fell inbetween. The room has a mouldy horrible smell. Only 3 pillows and so uncomfortable. Extremely disgusting wouldn’t recommend. AVOID

Pros: The staff were lovely at this hotel! The beds were comfortable. Aircon/heating worked very well. Cons: There were a few repairs needed in our room that seem to have been waiting a while, eg. door handle to the bathroom came off and the shower hose was leaking. General cleaning and maintenance were lacking. When we arrived the floors needed sweeping and there were a few odd things like a clothes hanger jammed into the aircon unit, the reading lamps needed bulbs replaced or wiring fixed. There were a lot of tiny ants in the bathroom, when we let the reception know they sent someone to get rid of them, they started reappearing again at the end of our stay. The windows rattled at night with the aircon units and heating tanks outside, and we were also next to the laundry, but I could tune it out after the first couple of nights so slept ok 👍 Hotel reception were given a list so that they were aware of the needed repairs ☺️ TLDR: stay is convenient and staff are nice, but hotel is poorly maintained and needs repairs.

Room smelt so strongly of cigarette smoke. Was in the couch and the pillows and beds. I couldn’t sleep. My son had an asthma attack in the night from the smell. Awful experience

This place was close to a major shopping centre. The parking was easy and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and accomodating.
