The rooms were quirky and interesting not your usual hotel rooms. Extremely clean and well stocked with soaps etc. fab!

Friendly staff who were attentive. Soundproof room and a lovely rooftop breakfast to enjoy on the 12th floor.

The staff were very helpful, the restaurant had great food. However the lighting for make up was not good.

This is a great hotel. Fabulous rooms with so many thoughtful features. We couldn’t fault it. Add the fact that it houses Melbourne’s best new restaurant Marmelo, makes this a perfect stay!!

Great hotel, services within and location.

Amazing room and check in was a breeze. Nice staff on front desk. Had some tech issues they couldn’t solve so free breakfast was offered as a substitute. Service in the restaurant was terrible and then breakfast was charged to my friends account without us knowing. Check out was very long as most people had issues they were bringing up.

Love it for the design scheme and quality amenities

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was a breeze, with Liam being so friendly and helpful, not to mention the fact that we had been upgraded! The room was gorgeous and we made good use of the bathtub. The only blemish on our stay was the fact that the Chromecast didn’t work, however that wasn’t enough to ruin the trip (by a long way). Will return!

Hotel is gorgeous, I came largely for the interiors and they did not disappoint! Loved every part of it. Only downside is restaurants were fully booked, couldn’t even get breakfast or a drink at the bar even though we were guests.

Was very impressed with this hotel- particularly as it’s currently in a lower price point. The deal with Wilson’s parking is very convenient and a great deal. The only comment I’d make, which is minor, is that the pillows are a little flat and the doona cover is very thin. However you can adjust your own heating and cooling in the room. Another suggestion is to request a room away from the lift as you can very clearly hear people in the hallway coming and going. Oh, and bring your own make up mirror as the lighting in the rooms are very moody. Fantastic hotel. Very stylish vibe! Would stay again
