出張出て、2人でツインルームを2〜3日利用しました。手頃感があるホテルはこの時期は唯一のホテルでした。ただ少し郊外にあり、車がないと不便です。私達は、Uberを使いましたが近くのSCまでは10分位で12AUSドル位かかりました。車があるなら問題ないかと思います。

We didn’t expect much due to the low price, and it matched our expectations.

Amenities, they charge for parking where as there is no barrier or anything. its on isolated place and lots of free parking is on the street. Old aircon with no remote. Shower and toilet are together and its very small area if you take shower all the floor area including toilet gets wet.

Stayed 5 nights, room serviced only once despite request to GM to service on morning of 4th day, which he wrote down but was ignored (room 201). Numerous alive & dead insects in our room from day one, although we never opened the window. Two giant live moths on hallway wall outside our room from day one, one had defecated & it was visibly running down the wall. Toilet seat loose from day one. TV almost unwatchable as very dark picture & we couldn’t seem to adjust it. Paid parking yet same furniture truck parked there every night -perhaps a local as another same company truck parked nearby. Minibuses & coaches permitted to park along fence line near entry, which made reversing out difficult. Suggest GM do regular inspections of premises, including 2nd floor. As fairly regular clients, we were very disappointed on this occasion & we doubt we’ll stay here again.

No lifts only stair cases rude front desk attendant mold on room roof air conditioner had a very moldy smell if used so wasn’t, window can open but a bit and no fly screens a hop up into toilet shower cubical and half flush didn’t even work don’t forget the drop into room when exiting toilet oh and don’t forget the extra 5 dollar parking fee open air honestly will never go there again. Plus was there with my daughter but the filthy look said otherwise. Always watch that wood strip when you enter your room major trip hazards as it can catch your footing. If the lip on the stairs don’t get you before hand with the lip on each stair step preventing your suit case to glide up easier. To be honest just thought male attendant was rude at front desk and no you can site my id but not handing it to you. But to be honest he was probably the best thing the hotel needs upgrades and honestly were to begin one making it safe especially for the older people I saw staying there unsure how they would of even managed on a lower level if they had the amenities we had on the second level.

Asked me to leave straight away as they said I was smoking. I literally just arrived and never smoked and the room had zero smell of smoke. No refund issued from a 5 minute stay. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The room smelled liked cigarette smoke. House keeping cleaned the room and took all the towels and didn’t replace them. Air conditioning/heating very loud needs an update, bathroom very small and no window. TV needs updating. Front reception needs updating. The whole place needs a revamp. The front door after 10pm is supposed to be locked and only accessible with a room key but it was opening without so zero security. Budget is 100% accurate. Staff were nice but seems like no organisation or structure.

We were after a low cosr night's accommodation and this property ticked all the boxes. Dont stay here if you want 4 star luxury, but we had a good night and will stay there again in the future.

The poor bathroom, limited space, no cupboard or draws, worn out bed

Checkin was easy. Staff polite and helpful. Our room we were a bit surprised. The rooms look contemporary and smart in the photos but actually they’re not. The room was small ( cell/ dorm like) and neglected needs updating. The AC in our room didn’t work properly and it’s old. They were hazards too. Our window was broken and blind wouldn’t stay down. Noted: to fix problem sticky tape was applied to window frame and blind, not a good look and cheap. There was 2 old heaters placed under the window again hazards and not a good look. One basin to use for bathroom/ kitchen not hygienic. Get walk pass bed had to position yourself straight de would. The bathroom/ toilet module to get in and out slip/ trip hazard. Any steam from shower can set up off smoke alarm not good. Em Slaby

Very bleak, surfaces worn down, lights not working. Sheets seemed clean though

No lift, not suitable for elderly. Light didnt work in room needing electrian to fix and unsafe.
