ロケーションが良い。

レセプションの方が、とてもフレンドリーで、親切で、凄く感じがよかった。チェックイン時、お部屋がまだ清掃されていなかったので、朝食サービスをしてくれました。ホテルのロケーションは抜群でした！！

見晴らしの良い高台にあります。 フロントのスタッフさんがとても感じがよく、親切で大変助かりました。 楽しく滞在できました。

mislwading advertisement; room wasnt whats shown in the booking, no parking even though it was advertised as free parking; swimming pool closed for winter even though it was advertised ro have pool; very noisy all night with some sort of machine in the hotel plus road noise; finally biggest one is that the toilet door was a barn door which has huge gaps when closed and no vent in toilet, so, onw done business in toilet, everyone in room can smell it; camping would be better; brekdas offered waa ugly looking croissant and bread; this is not a 4 star hotel

Lovely location overlooking the mouth of the Hastings River.Close to dining options. Would be better for aged guests if the Hotel had an elevator

No lift or on-site bar/restaurant.

Good place to stay but noisy at night with traffic visiting headland. My husband has a white noise machine so it wasn’t too bad. There is no lift so if you are on the 3rd floor you will have to use the stairs. Although it’s really only 2 flights of stairs so not too difficult. They do offer to help with luggage if needed. Views were awesome from our room 306 and it was a good stop over for the night.

The property was generally OK. Staff were very good. The door keys were hit-and-miss and the wifi was average.

Spacious clean modern room ,comfortable beds , excellent water pressure , friendly stuff, fantastic location near point look out , right on the beach ! Highly recommend to anyone!

great location. older building nicely renovated. excellent beds and slept very well. nice marbled bathroom. water pressure was a bit low. the view outside was amazing. the sunrise over the ocean was divine. will stay there again.

Really nice little hotel right on the beach front so you can be on the sand within minutes! Only a short walk to the shops and restaurants too. Fairly small car park, we lost our space and couldn’t get another when we came back so had to park on the street, not a major deal though. Also no lift, so means carrying suitcases up the stairs. Again not a major deal if you’re fit and healthy but anyone with health or mobility issues should take this into consideration. Great hotel though.

The property was close to the beach and shops. It was conveniently located. The property was quite expensive for the size. There was quite a lot damage to the property due to age and use.

Awesome staff, very helpful and welcoming.

The room was a good size and had gorgeous ocean views but the property needs some love and a lot of repairs. Paint peeling off walls, our bathroom sink was broken, so was the bathroom door. Towels were old. Staff we met were very nice and helpful. Ocean views and location were lovely. It was comfortable for our 1 night stay.
