This room is very very awesome. Clean, comfortable and like homey. apartement area near with central melbourne, so easy for found a halal restaurant and some attraction.. Thank you ifsuites..

Kami sangat puas dengan kondisi apartmen EQ tower pada saat kami check in. Bersih dan dekat dengan pasar victoria yg terkenal. Kami juga mudah untuk check in pada saat malam hari dengan arahan dari Guest Reception yang berjarak 5 menit dari Apartmen Eq Tower. Terima Kasih buat Anna Miao dan Winnie dari IFstay Melbourne.

TV doesn’t work that so bored when we stay in room, only a little bowl for my couple and it dirty too !

This hotel has a good location, but their service was not good. The wifi not working since the second day of our stay and there is still no respond after I complain. Hope they can improve on that next time.

We stayed there for 5nights, after the 2nd nights the wifi just went off, and it stayed like that for the whole time we're there. There was no available on-site receptionist there, so they gave you mobile number that you can text too if you encounter problem. Tried texting for few times and no reply. They finally replied after the 3rd texting, but basically what they say was nothing they can do with the problem.

I had super great stay here in eq tower. The exquisite view from my room in 31st floor. The check in procedure was easy and all needs are provided in the room. They provided shampoo, soap and universal charger. Bed is comfortable and clean. Location was great close to Melbourne central. Will come back for sure for my next trip! Location is at the center of city, easy to get to Melbourne central. Downside is room balcony very dirty and furniture in bad condition, sofa and coffee table are broken.
