A sewerage smell as we came up the stairs. We noticed an air freshener was placed in the hallway on our last evening

Love these apartments,extremely clean,the best location,walking distance to restaurants, shops etc.Beds are super comfy.

The apartment was lovely and located near restaurants and shopping. The bed was really comfortable. Microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine & fridge. The only negative was the noise. Doors slamming and very loud people in the hallway at all hours. Front apartment was really bad on Saturday night.

Comfortable bed, big space. Great aircon. Work table with a glass top and I didn't bring my mouse mat, how is my laser mouse supposed to work properly on glass? Could use a shower update, pressure was lacking and only a rainfall head, no shower head with a hose. Asking you to pay for water from the 'minibar' was a bit rich at this price - and in Mildura when it's the most expensive place in town - by far given it's essentially 2 star and there's no additional amenities like a pool or a gym. It seems like they're scratching for extra $$$s needlessly. Anywhere else in the world you get a 'thank you for staying with us' welcome pack, maybe a bottle of wine, some snacks, surely some water... At this place you just get a 'make sure you do your own dishes or we'll charge you extra' note. 🙄 If I had to rate the price/performance ratio, it's pretty far down the list. You can hear the nightclub thumping a few doors down until about 2 or 3am on occasion, but it wasn't bad. 2nd time I've stayed, but will search around for a BnB next time.

We stayed in a room with no windows. It was advertised as an apartment but it only had a bedroom and bathroom. Ok for one night but too depressing for more due to no windows.

Only stayed one night the room was well fitted out and had all that one could need. There are no windows and only the one door for entry which was ok as it stated this on the web site but for people who need to be able to access open spaces this is not the room for you. We booked the room through Hotels.com so I was surprised when Indulge sent me an email wanting a copy of a government photo ID plus a full credit card details which I was very hesitant about supplying, in the end if I didn’t supply these details we could not have access to the room and I was sure about getting my money back. Would I stay there again probably not as the run around getting a park and getting a key is not worth it.

It's in the middle of town, which gave us limitless dining options. The property was also as good as new other than an issue with the bed which I'm sure will be fixed. The one bedroom apartment has a second bedroom. It has plenty of space to accomodate 4 people. Massive balcony.

Bedrooms don't have windows, which takes a little getting used to. Aircon in bedrooms was great.

Great location. Ideal to visit the many assorted restaurants and take a stroll along the Murray river

I always stay here when in Mildura, CBD location, walk to restaurants and the rooms are always clean.

Lots of silly oriole were hanging around the property. I discovered there was a club next to it. The token to open the door should be opening the front door too. Putting in the code in the middle of the night and oriole hanging around is unsafe. Lastly, to be selling the coffee and bottles of water I think it’s unnecessary. Very stingy with little room amenities
