Like can accomodate the whole family and Close to town centre. Dislikes driveway too narrow for a 4WD need to trim the bush at gate

We loved the close proximity to bowling club and the shops. As there were 4 of us staying there we felt there should have been 2 bathmats provided or at least a large thick one, also a couple more hand towels. There was also nothing to handwash the dishes with ie a wettex or dishcloth.

Was disappointed when we arrived to find the photos on the websites do not match the reality. Front gate did not shut properly and as we only booked this house as it was pet friendly and we could leave our dog in the yard it became redundant. The open shed in the back yard was also a problem in this regard. The TV only tuned into one channel which was sketchy with lots of interference. The general condition of the property was let down by the old mail strewn around the yard and all the dead plants (still in pots ) around the house. Upon entry there was an irrigation hose pulled up from the garden laying across the front yard. We cooked a meal in the house on our first night but had to wash all the cutlery and crockery first as dry food was stuck to everything. Considering you pay a $90 cleaning fee when you leave you would expect everything to be clean. After our meal we wanted to empty the bin in the kitchen to avoid any food smells. Not only are there no instructions at all in the house as to how things work, despite looking everywhere we could not find any bin liners. The cleaners cupboard had inadvertently been left unlocked so we looked in there but there were none in there either. There was only one bathroom for potentially 6 + adults and the door did not lock and we were supplied with 1 small bar of soap. Most of these issues are minor but for the price ($350.00/night + cleaning fee) we expected more.
