Very dirty, liked as though it had not been cleaned.

Large spacious older style room with SO comfy King size bed, big TV & quiet location. Good stay thanks very much!

The building was dated but the general demeanour was quite good. Modern appliances and an excellent shower with very nice towels.

Big room and comfortable...

We woke to not sure bull-ants or green ants had invaded the room. We’re all over the floor and had them in the bed. Would I recommend no. Won’t stay there again.

Its was good

I have it 5 stars simply because it accommodates myself with my little family and pooch perfectly. We all had a bed. A working aircon and fridge. It was a great spot to break our journey from Darwin to Bundaberg and to settle my pooch and grand daughter for the night. Check in was easy as I phoned ahead. Thank you so much.

Very outdated, spiders, cobwebs and mould in bathroom. Mouse poo in draws. My husband got bitten by bugs in bed and ended up with swollen ear. There were dogs roaming. There was another man who seemed like a long term resident yelling abuse and profanity at the reception door on Christmas Day. Scared my children. It was not enjoyable, we spent as much time as possible out of the unit and would have moved if there was other accommodation available. Place needs a good clean and some love that’s for sure.

The bedsheets were filthy with dirt/dust and hair everywhere. The old box air conditioners took hours to cool the room down to a reasonable temperature.

Wouldn’t recommend. Stayed a couple hours then left and booked into another hotel. Place was pretty disgusting sheets were dirty walls were dirty and mouldy. Shower was useless with pressure and temperature. Floors were disgusting and sent all our feet black. Holes in the wall and floor in kids room and light bulb missing from bathroom light. exhaust fan didn’t work and couldn’t open the window. Cutlery was dirty and looked used. Just an overall gross place

Excellent food in the restaurant, Staff responded to enquiries fast.

The bathroom was well appointed but definitely requires some work. Lack of power points. Room not really ready and old stuff in the freezer. Food at restaurant was great and value for money.

Saw the reviews online, but decided to give the place a chance anyway. As soon as i drove in I had an off feeling, kind of looked a bit slummy, a lot of people just hanging around the place. Got my key, went in my room, looked around the room, and immediately decided i couldnt stay there. It was old, outdated, and the linoleum floor had massive rips and pieces missing. Lost my money, but stayed somewhere else in town and cut my trip short.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. First room had blood spots on sheets and was disgusting and grimy. Asked for another room was just as disgusting. 3rd room had an upstairs with a dog running around sounded like someone running on a tin shed. I have been to many mining camps in my years of being in mining and nothing was as bad as this motel. P.S do not eat at the restaurant I ordered takeaway and through it straight in the bin.

Didn’t have a microwave otherwise very satisfied
