部屋紹介で窓から鉱山全景が見える写真が有ったので、少し高いがIsa Deluxe Skylightに宿泊したが、壁に描いてある絵で（鉱山の絵でもなかった）Skylightと言っても全く外の光は入ってこなかった。エアコンのリモコンの電池も切れていたし、部屋の電気のバルブも切れていた。 場所は良いが、あまりにも掲載している写真と違う部屋で期待外れでした。しっかりとした案内をして欲しいです。 お勧めはしません。

Had a sky light in our room.. right above the bed so the sun woke us up very early

Broken bed, single sheets on a double bed, broken curtains, no hit water, coffee machine not able to use as no coffee pods, poor service in bar and restaurant. The complete package of a zero star hotel

Rodeo weekend, our room overlooked an internal carpark which became a loud music playing disco until 5am each night. Also disappointed in wotiff for not warning us. $300 a night for a room that you couldn't sleep in at night!

The property has no secure car parking. The room I was in had mold in the bath room and the ac had a mind of its own.

Good for transiting to and from Queensland.

Great Staff Friendly. It's an old hotel but a good one. Bed very comfortable. Defiantly stay again.

Etablisement très compliquées, trouvé la réception un parcours de titan et un personnel pas très compétent. Chambre de luxe, faut trouver le luxe. Pas d'ascenseur !

Location is good. They have a bar, a restaurant and a game room at the hotel. There was no plates, bowls or any cutlery in the room, no microwave either. We were happy with our stay, but it'd be better if the hotel is renovated.

There was a long walk between the reception and the room. The room did not have a window, had a window view picture which was peeling off. The room had a coffee pod machine but no coffee pods were supplied. The hotel gave us one welcome drink voucher for two of us, and of course the bartender refused to give me two drinks out of one voucher. The aircon was old and noisy. First time staying in Mount Isa so not sure how this property compares with others, but I would rather look elsewhere next time.

Upon arrival were told fully booked, could not get any other accommodation in town Reception rang all around for us, very helpful to no avail
