最高のロケーション、最高のホスピタリティ、最高の食事とお茶。ホテルの全てが可愛くて美しく、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。オーナーご夫妻の人柄も素敵で、1人でも寂しい思いをする事は無かったです。もし私が英語堪能ならお二人ともっとコミュニケーション取れたのに、と思うとそれだけが残念です。"秘密の花園"のような美しい非日常的な空間でした。また泊まりたいです。

口コミではとても評価が高かったので期待していましたが、期待通りのホテルでした。 到着早々、紅茶とクッキーをご馳走になるなど、気配りが素晴らしく、部屋でもリラックスできました。ロビーには、お茶のセット、チョコレートやクッキーがあるのは、とても嬉しかったです。 素晴らしいテーブルセットで、頂いた朝ごはんはとても美味しいかったです。 滞在中は雨の日が多かったのですが、オーナー夫妻や他の宿泊客のすばらしさに感動し、泊まって良かったと思ってます。

Sipha and John are excellent hosts, Katoomba Manor is luxury away from the stress of the city. The total atmosphere is warm and relaxing and the hosts are gracious friendly and very accommodating. The cooked breakfast is delicious and filling. We have no problems recommending a weekend stay here and will return again in the near future. 5 stars.......

Excellent service and good breakfast

Great hosts, nothing too much trouble. Easy walk to town and then use hop on/ hop off bus to get around. Would highly recommend and an excellent breakfast

A great experience. John and Sipha focus on providing a comfortable, homely and stress-free stay for their guests. The home cinema is great and the home is beautiful. I loved sitting in front of the fire reading and enjoying a coffee or the complimentary sweets, chocolates and fruit. The made-to-order breakfast was outstanding. The bed was great and the shower was divine. Highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation, everything you could wish for provided, delicious breakfasts and close to many of the attractions in the Blue Mountains.

John and his wife were so welcoming and really helpful in advising what to do, and provided a map. Hotel is finished to a high quality it has 4 ensuite rooms. It also has a 9 seat cinema. Complimentary water, fruit, cake, biscuits, tea and coffee provided. We would recommend this Boutique Hotel.

french style, modern, marble bathrooms, theater, some stairs, suggest no family for couples and those who deserve a treat

Owners were incredible. Passion experience. All the little things anticipated and taken care of. The facility was immaculate. Excellent condition and exceptionally well cared for.

The very friendly host goes through all of the amenities of the Manor. He also has a bushwalking guide to all the hikes in the area. He and his wife put on a lavish breakfast including juice, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt and cereals then a cooked breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms and toast though you can order a subset of these items. Everything was cooked to perfection. They were very accommodating about my gluten allergy providing me with gluten free toast and cereal. We had a wonderful stay there.

Fortunately it was the flower festival in Leura enabling us go see fabulous azaleas, rhododendrons and flowering cherries in full bloom. Weather was warm and sunny. Visited lical lookouts too

Fabulous couple of night at Katoomba Manor - all the positive reviews are justified! Great hosts offering lots of good advice about how to make the most of you time in the area. The room was comfortable and clean and the shower is great! Although near a busy road the noise did not bother us thanks to double glazing and shutters. It's a great location - an easy walk in town. And the breakfast....! Yum. We'd stay here again if we were back in the area. Thanks John and Sipha!

Absaloutely faultless! From the minute we arrived my husband and I were made to feel welcome. Honesty have never experienced the level of service anywhere in the world, and that’s enabled by having only the 4 guest rooms. The house itself is stunning, the bathroom tiled in marble and just splendid. complimentary tea and cakes/chocolates on offer and an amazing breakfast each morning! I would strongly Suggest everyone stay here, I already plan to bring my mum here next year!!

What a beautiful Bed and breakfast within walking distance to downtown. Our room couldn't have been more comfortable! The bed and bedding were wonderful and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and huge. Our hosts were very helpful with ideas and helpful hints. They were great!
