The staff are lovely people, easy to talk to and friendly people. Kilara Hotel and Suites is convenient for me as it’s close to my work place.

Convenient for our needs, shame the dining room was closed for 2 evenings that we were not aware of because of the Public Holidays? Not sure, but we could have been notified when booking & planned for this better. It turned out ok, but we missed Eddie Swims opening act to NRL Grand Final because we had to go out for dinner. Not the end of the World, but I believe he was better than Snoop Dawg.....LOL

Room was clean. Convenient overall location near shops and restaurants. In house dining hood.

Well appointed. Complimentary full buffet breakfast included. Good value.

The room was tidy a clean, However mould is present in the grout in the shower area, warranting attention

Great place to stay .

Given this is a hotel on the highway my room was at the area of the property with a lovely green brushy outlook. All very quiet. Complimentary breakfast was a real bonus.

I had everything I needed. The dining options were very convenient, particularly the included breakfast. Loved the relaxed jazz playing in the dining room.

Best value for money.. great location with train station, Coles and amazing pizza master nearby... Hotel had good parking and staff was friendly and their restaurant is fantastic.. best thing was breakfast was complimentary.. will definitely go again

I book at Killara Motor Inn for the convenience of the location as to my appointments.

We have stayed here before and find the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great.We will be going back

Nice place to stay for a couple of nights. The location is very convenient for me and my room was delightfully quiet. Highly recommended.

On the day of checkout 9:20am the cleaner opened the door with their key whilst I was in the shower and my 10 year old daughter watching tv. The cleaner entered using their key and did not announce their presence, he got a shock when he saw someone inside then turned around and left

Kali the manager, is very considerate of guests and has been extremely helpful when I needed to make an unexpected change regarding our stay. All the staff from front of house to service and cleaning and restaurant have been exceptional. The food at the Jacaranda restaurant at dinner is top quality and breakfast is amazing with a good mixture of hot food, cereal and fruit with something for all dietary requirements. A great way to start the day. All the staff seem to know how to make a great Soy Latte and another coffee. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. There is plenty of hot water for your shower. Our room is very neat and clean. The air-conditioning does a great job of heating the room during these recent cold and wet days. We have found our room to be extremely quiet with no road noise whatsoever and the sound proofing in the Jacaranda Restaurant is unbelievable. You won't hear any outside noise. So don't worry about this hotel being on a main road. We have enjoyed our stay and are extending it a little longer with no hesitation.

Great little gem if you have a car & need parking! Rooms were basic but had everything you need breakfast was great & included in the price. only thing to note - their are stairs to the rooms - not ideal with luggage but would def stay again & recommend to family / friends .. bed was super comfy

The beds are extremely comfortable and the layout of the room helps you to set yourself up well if you are staying for a few days. Bread and pastries at breakfast are dry and hard. You get the impression that they are stale even if they are not.
