Fab location on river, close to ferry, beautiful river walking/running path. Very comfortable unit

Had put in the requests for 2 beds. They weren't expecting that and when arrived they made up the spare room. 2nd bathroom locked but thought this by accident. Nope they hadnt bothered cleaning or taking rubbish out. Kitchen worse for wear, and most things looked dirty. Tabled looked dirty and greasy. Other then that it is a great spot. Office staff helpful with info and convenient location for our needs. Very peaceful, watching the river and boats float along, and the birds, lovely. Pool and amenities clean and lovely, pool and spa not heated and sauna not functioning which was disappointing but didnt stop us.

It was clean and had great views. Very dated unit but had everything needed and great location. It did have a weird smell maybe a bit musty. I would stay again due to the staff friendly manner, location, cleanliness. Sometimes fancy and new isn’t always better.

It was close to everything in the city and easy to get around. The only negative is the second bedroom down. The corridor is too far away from the air-conditioner very warm and hot down that corridor.

Great location but rooms not clean, dishwasher filthy. Bathroom, kitchen and appliances from 1980. Beds like camp beds, very uncomfortable. Whole apartment needs updating.

Beautiful, clean spacious apartment. Corner location, with views of both city and Brisbane river. Secure parking. 3 min walk to ferry services. Staff were amazing.

Huge apartment in a great area but condo was a little tired. One shower did not work. Inconvenience was easily overlooked by super location.

Kirribilli are lovely clean apartments located along the Brisbane river. They have easily accessible walking tracks, with a coffee shop across the road and shopping centre within a 5min drive. It is a great place to stay.

Items supplied in kitchen were very sparse Missing knives spoons dinner plates Oven makes unbearable noise when on fan setting light on range hood does not work the tiniest chux dish cloth I have ever seen

Our view from the 6th floor over the river was spectacular! Highly recommend.

Back in 5 minutes, no way. Location along the river was superb. Bus stop across the street.

Sadly our 2 bedroom premium room was so outdated and had a terrible smell. Bed was uncomfortable and I had a long hair sitting on my pillow. Sadly the apartment needs a complete refurbish with new furniture and fittings.

It’s a very economical stay. The manager is very nice and helpful! Love the location! along the Brisbane river! Beautiful river view.

Excellent position and amenities. We will be returning often for our family Brisbane getaways.

Great location in walking distance of Powerhouse, river front, James Street and lovely restaurants. Apartment facilities, like sauna, spa and pool were great.

The property was great. Rodney the manager was fantastic and helpful.

This property was appalling. It was dirty and I had to ask for it to be cleaned- even then it was not clean- particularly shower and kitchen. The second bathroom couldn’t be used as the shower screen was broken and when I pointed this out nothing was done about it. There were several light globes that didn’t work or were missing and one of the beds was missing a leg. There was a drawer missing in the bathroom and the cushions and bedspread were stained and dirty. Only the sheets and towels were clean. The apartment was really run down and hadn’t been cleaned properly for months due to the build up of dust and dirty tiles. The kitchen was not cleaned and oven, microwave and stove top had not been wiped down. After pointing out the problems nothing was done to rectify any issue. I was told the cleaner would come back a third time to do a better job and this did not happen. I bought my own cleaning products to clean up. This place is rundown and service was terrible. The view and easy transport did not make up for it. Do not recommend
