食事が良かったです又スタツフの方も親切でした。

One night stay at Lake St Clair. Rooms are remote each other so we could stay kept calm. Just behind the room there runs the trail that guests can enjoy walking on. Very convenient. Restaurant was not so large but lovely. We had pastas which was so good. Staffs were friendly and kind. We would visit this hotel again when visiting St Clair National Park next time.

Lovely place and great views of the lake, helpful staff and clean cabin. What lets this place down though is detail. Esp. Thinking from a guest point of view. We had a cabin with a small deck and great views of the lake, but no wine glasses in the room, not even a plate to put a snack on! So you are not encouraged to relax and enjoy a wine with the view? Maybe they just want you to use their bar? And when we checked in at about 3:30pm the fires were going and it was cosy and warm the bar, but when we went back for dinner around six, on a blustery cold night, they had let the fires burn out as they only had a few guests dinning! Very disappointing from a detail perspective, I except it was the off season and less guests around but those details matter to us and many others, and this place isn’t cheap really so they do need to consider the details from a guest perspective a little bit better. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were friendly and took what we said on board, but remains to be seen if they up their game in the detail perspective. A great place but they could do better in looking after guests with a bit more detail. Also some electric blankets on the beds in winter wouldn’t go astray! Much of the cheaper cheaper accommodation we have used still offer that! But still worth staying for the beautiful surroundings.

All staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and warm and spacious. We loved our stay here.

Room not clean

Clean room, comfy beds with a nice lake view. Perfect away location for a family get away.

Our room was immaculate. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and water pressure superb. No wait for hot water. Amenities provided were very good. The bed was plush and warm.

Staff on site were very helpful

We had a cabin in the wilderness. Really nice and tidy. It's really in the wilderness, don't forget to bring a book, there is no internet (apart from the Lodge itself) Breakfast buffet was simple but ok.

Our room was clean as a whistle, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot - what more could you want? The complimentary breakfast buffet was lovely, as well.

For the cost of the stay I would have expectedicj mocer accommodation and great view of the Lake. The restaurant and cafe were expensive - we ordered off the cafe menu and the quality was poor - a Pizza with little topping and a burger with fries that looked like they had been re-heated and not freshly cooked.
