開業2週間後に宿泊。 その当時で3週間を超える最長ステイとして客室をアップグレードして頂きました。 清潔で掃除の行き届いた館内、フレンドリーなスタッフと落ち着くバーがとても素晴らしかった。 またメルボルンに戻ってくるので必ずステイしたい。

Such good service - EVERY staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great ammenities. We loved having a good soak in the spa at the end of a long day.

Great hotel, just to note it advertises that 3 can fit in a room, but that is assuming that 3 will fit in the king bed (not enough room for a rollaway). The staff were very accommodating on a very busy weekend and gave us a second room at a reduced rate.

Excellent hotel. Very well appointed and immaculate room with a super comfortable bed. clean and quiet from level 7 room and a high end lobby bar and entrance close to the CBD. Complimentary drink given on arrival was a nice touch and conveniently located near business offices and parks for walking. Will definitely return in future.

A fantastic stay, thank you. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, the room was extremely well appointed and the bed very comfy. The position of the hotel being a walk to Carlton gardens, St Vincent’s Hospital, the Princess Theatre and a tram stop 100m away is a plus! We will stay again!

Really nice new decor, modern design, love the floors in the rooms - easy to clean, Appelles skincare in rooms, great lighting, attentive service. Would come back here to stay again.

Had a wonderful time at Lanson Place. On arrival found that we had been upgraded to a small one-bedroom apartment without us even asking (we had stayed here a few times before) and the room was just marvellous! Great design and ambiance, good layout. The staff goes above and beyond and we were very happy with all the amenities - gym, pool and hot tub are all very welcoming places. Highly recommend.

Exceptional stay in every way!

Wanted to be close to the CBD, but not in it. This place is awesome. Great location, very walkable, spectacular views and incredibly friendly/helpful staff. We had to extend our stay twice and the staff were amazing at updating so we didn't have to change rooms. There was a slight glitch with keys, but the staff sorted it out quickly. No parking but there is a public carpark by the back door that the hotel valudates so you pay no more than $45 a night.

Location was great rooms excellent. Took one star off for the TV not working and the pool water temp being cold.
